Türkiye`de göç hareketleri ve bölgesel sosyo-ekonomik gelişmişlik ilişkisi (2008-2012)

Abstract

Dünya üzerinde sürekli ve çeşitli yönlerde, çeşitli nedenlerden ötürü göç hareketliliği yaşanmış olup göç; alan ve veren ülkeleri ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel açıdan etkilemektedir. Tek taraflı bir hareketin ötesinde göç; göç alan gelişmiş ülkeler ve göç veren gelişmekte olan ve az gelişmiş ülkeler açısından irdelenmesi gereken bir konudur. Türkiye'de gerek dış göç alan ve veren, gerek iç göç yaşayan bir ülke konumundadır. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kuruluşundan itibaren çeşitli nedenlerle göç sorunları ile karşı karşıya kalmıştır. Geçmişten günümüze göç profili değişim göstermiş, dönemsel ve toplumsal olarak benzer veya farklı nedenlerle meydana gelmiştir. Göçün temel nedenlerinden birisi olan sosyo-ekonomik gelişmişlik göçü tetikleyen temel nedenlerden olduğu gibi göçün sonuçlarından biri olarak da ortaya çıkmaktadır. Çalışmada, Türkiye'de gerçekleşen bölgesel iç göçlerle, bölgesel sosyo-ekonomik gelişmişlik bağlantısı araştırılmıştır. İç göç ve bölgesel sosyo-ekonomik gelişmişlik ilişkisini incelemek için 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 ve 2012 bölgesel iç göç verileri ve bölgesel gelişmişlik göstergelerinden olan SEGE-2011 araştırma raporu verileri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada göçün, tüketim harcamaları üzerindeki etkileri de ölçülmüştür. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 15.0 yazılımı aracılığıyla `Bağımsız İki Grup T-testi`, `Çok Değişkenli Regresyon Analizi` ve `Tek Değişkenli Regresyon Analizi` yapılarak değerlendirilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Göç, Türkiye Ekonomisi, Bölgesel Gelişmişlik

In the world, constantly and in several directions, migration mobility is experienced for several reasons and it effects immigration countries economically, socially and culturally. The migration beyond a unilateral move is an issue that needed to be addressed in terms of immigration of developed countries, developing countries and under-developed countries. 3 Turkey is also a country which living both external and internal immigration. Turkish Republic has faced with immigration problems for several reasons since its foundation. From the past, today migration profile has varied, seasonal and social occurred in similar or different reasons. Socio-economic development which is one of the main reasons of immigration is both one of the main reasons triggering immigration and consequences of immigration. 7 In this study, the connection of regional internal migration and regional socio-economic development in Turkey is researched. To examine the relation of international migration to regional socio-economic development is used the data of 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 regional internal migration and the data of SEGE-2011 research reports which are regional development indicators. In this study, the affects of migration on consumption expenditures is evaluated. The data obtained from survey evaluated by making `Independent Two-Group T-test`, `Multiple Regression Analysis` and `Simple Regression Analysis` by means of SPSS 15.0 software.Keywords: Migration, Turkey's Economy, Regional Development
