dc.description.abstractBazı İndirgenmiş Schiff Bazlarının Sentezi ve Reaksiyonlarının İncelenmesi Dilek ÖZTÜRK Anahtar Kelimeler: Schiff Bazları, indirgenme, ince tabaka kromatografîsi (T.L.C.), infrared spektroskopisi ( İR ), kütle spektroskopisi ( KÜTLE ), nükleer magnetik rezonans spektroskopisi ( NMR ). Özet: Para-sübstitüe anilinlerin 2-hidroksi-l-naftaldehit ile tepkimesinden naftolik Sclıiff Bazlan, salisilaldehit ile tepkimesinden fenolik Schiff Bazları elde edildi. Bu bileşikler NaBHU ile indirgendi. İndirgenmiş Schiff Bazlarının etilkloroformat ile reaksiyonu etil 2-hidroksi benzil ( 4-sübstitüe fenil ) karbamat bileşiklerini, tiyofosgen ile reaksiyonu 3-(4-sübtitüefenil)-3,4-dihidro-2H-l,3-benzoksazin-2-tiyon ve 2-( sübstitüe fenil )-l,2-dihidro-3H-nafto [ 1,2-e ] [ 1,3 ] oksazm-3-tiyon bileşiklerini verdi. Elde edilen bileşiklerin yapılan İR, NMR ve kütle spektrumlan ile aydınlatıldı.
dc.description.abstractSynthesis of Several Reduced Schiff Basses and Investigation of Their Reactions Dilek ÖZTÜRK Keywords: Schiff Basses, reduction, thin layer chromatography ( T.L.C.), infrared spectroscopy ( TR ), mass spectroscopy ( MS ), nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy ( N.M.R.) Abstract: p-Substituted anilines reacted with 2-hydroxy-l-naphtaldehyde or salicylaldehyde and produced naphtolic and phenolic Schiff Basses. This compounds were reduced with NaBH». The reaction of reduced Schiff Basses with ethylchloroformat gave the ethyl 2-hydroxy benzyl ( 4-substituted phenyl ) carbamate compounds and the reaction with thiophosgen gave the 3 -(4-substituted phenyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-l,3-benzoxazine-2-thione and 2-(substituted phenyl)- 1,2- dihydro-3H-naphto[l,2-e][l,3]oxazin-3-thione compounds. The structures of synthesised compounds were determined by IR, 'H-NMR, and MASS spectroscopies. inen_US
