Ahmed Cevad Paşa`nın Târih-i Askerî-İ Osmânî (Kitâb-I Evvel) Adlı kitabının transkripsiyonlu metni

Abstract

Osmanlı Devlet'nin temelini oluşturan unsurlardan belki de en önemlisi askerî yapıdır diyebiliriz. Güçlü kara ve deniz ordusuna sahip olması Yükselme Dönemi sonuna kadar devleti ileri bir seviyeye taşımış,daha sonraları ise ayakta tutabilmiştir. Ordusunun temelini ise hiç kuşkusuz yeniçeriler oluşturmuştur. Tabii devleti yükselmeye taşıyan ordu sistemi, kendi içinde başlayan usulsüzlüklerle duraklama döneminden itibaren de diğer alanlardaki aksaklıklarla beraber devletin yıkılış sürecinde önemli bir rol oynamıştır. Yeniçerilerin nasıl ve neden oluştuğuna,neden kaldırıldığına,süreç içindeki değişikliklerine dair geniş bilgi bulabileceğimiz ve aynı zamanda tez çalışmamızın da konusunu teşkil eden,Osmanlı Devleti'nin son döneminin önemli komutan ve sadrazamlarından olan Ahmed Cevad Paşa'nın Târih-i Askerî-i Osmânî(Kitâb-ı Evvel) adlı eseri 22 fasıldan oluşmaktadır. Ayrıca yazarın Türkçe eserlerin yanı sıra,Fransız eserlerden de yararlanması, yeniçerilerle ilgili sayısal bilgilere sıkça yer vermesi dikkat çeken ve eseri önemli kılan diğer unsurlardandır. We can tell taht probably the most important factor forming the basis of The Ottoman Empire is military construction . Having powerful sea and land army rationalized the empire till the end of the Promotion Period, and after words kept the state alive. The basis of the army was undoubtedly formed by the janissaries. Military system, which carried the natural state to rise, played an important role in the process of the state's collapse because of the state's own irregularities starting from stanstill period together with defects in other areas. The book named Tarih-i Askeri-i Osmani(the first book) of Jawad Ahmed Pasha, one of the important commanders and Grand Vizier of the last period of the Ottoman Empire consist of 22 chopters. İn this book we can find on extensive anformation about how and why the Janissaries occured, why it removed, the changes in the process and at the some time as this book, forms the subject of our study. More over, the outher's benefiting. From the French Works as well as the Turkish Works, and after giving numeratical information about the Janissaries are the facters that devote attention and maket he work important.
