| dc.description.abstract | HATA TÜRÜ VE ETK LER ANAL Z NDE BULANIK MANTIKUYGULAMASIÖzgür B LG NAnahtar Kelimeler: Hata Türü ve Etkileri Analizi,Bulanık Mantık,BulanıklaştırmaÖzetBulanık mantık pek çok endüstriyel problemin çözümünde,Hata Türü ve EtkileriAnalizi tekniği ise hataların önlenmesinde başarılı olarak kullanılmaktadır.Buçalışmada Hata türü ve Etkileri Analizi Tekniği,Bulanık Mantık yöntemiyle birlikteuygulanmıştır.Bulanık küme girişleri için mevcut çalışmadan elde edilenolasılık,şiddet ve keşfedilebilirlik puanları kullanılmıştır.Yeni metodunuygulanmasından sonra her bir hata için risk öncelik göstergesi hesaplanmıştır.Sonolarak geliştirilen yöntem ile eski yöntemin karşılaştırılmasının yapılması içinsonuçlar verilmiştir. | |
