dc.description.abstractENDÜSTRİYEL TESİSLERDE HARMONİK SORUNLARI VEÇÖZÜMLERİİsmail Cem ÖZCANAnahtar kelimeler: Güç Sistemlerinde Harmonik Üreten Kaynaklar, HarmoniklerinEtkileri , Toplam Harmonik Bozunumu , Güç Kalitesi , Gerilim-Akım dalgalanmalarıÖzet: Metal işleme-istifleme, Matbaa, Tekstil gibi Türkiye'nin lokomotifsektörlerine ait 15 farklı fabrika incelenmiş ve bunların kullandığı enerjinin kalitesihakkında ayrıntılı olarak araştırmalar yapılmış ve elde edilen veriler yorumlanmıştır.Multilog adlı enerji analizörü yardımıyla birer dakika arayla alınan L1,L2,L3fazlarına ait faz akımı değerleri , THDU ve THDI değerleri de dahil olmak üzere3.,5.,7.,9.,11.,13.,15.,17.,19., akım ve gerilim harmonikleri 3000'er adetörneklemeyle Matlab 6.5 yardımıyla modellenmiştir .Bu tezdeki amacımız, endüstriyel tesislerdeki harmoniklerin önemini vurgulamakAvrupa Birliği'ne girme süreci içerisinde sıkı standartlar getirerek bunlarıuygulamanın önemli bir gereksinim olduğunu vurgulamak, ayrıca tespit edilenharmoniklerin yeni kurulacak tesislere yatırım ve maliyet açısından bir önbilgiolmasını sağlamaktır.xix

These are metal stowing-processing-aliminium , press- release , textile sectors.Harmonics in these plants analyzed in detail , and the information about the harmonicsobtained by he help of multilog energy analyzer. The power distribution transformers thathave measured in these industrial plants are below.While we were measuring these 15 different industrial plants , we used multilog energyanalyzer to measure the currents in L1,L2,L3 phases and the harmonics called total voltagedistortion , 3th., 5th. ,7th. ,9th. ,11th. ,13th. ,15th. ,17th. ,19th. voltage harmonics , totalcurrent distortion ,3th., 5th. ,7th. ,9th. ,11th. ,13th. ,15th. ,17th. ,19th. current harmonics. Andall these variables are sampled 3000 times by multilog. And the graphical simulation hasmade by the help of matlab r6.5.In this study our aim is to show the importance of harmonics in industrial plants , theimportance of bringing the standarts on harmonic problems as a requirement .Performingthese requirements must be accentuated in the duration time for Turkey to get into theEuropian Union . The second aim of this study is to find out the harmonics effects onindustrial plants and collect them as datas to bring out databases. So that investors andresearchers can use these databases as an introductory to figure out the nearly investment costwhile settling up the industrial plants.en_US
