AKRİLAT POLİMERLERİNİN SENTEZİ VE KARAKTERİZASYONU Ferhat ALHANLI Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı 20Ü4, Sayfa 62 Bu çalışmada [2-(p - klor fenil) 1,3-dioksalan - 4-il] metil akrilat (PKPhDMA) ve [2- (p - brom fenil) - 1,3 dioksalan -- 4.?- il ] metil akrilat (PBPhDMA) monomerleri sentezlendi. Poli (PKPhDMA - ko Si), poli (PKPhDMA ko - AN), poli (PBPhDMA - ko St), poli (PBPhDMA ko - AN) polimerleri A1BN kullanılarak 00°C de serbest radikalik olarak sentezlendi. Monomer, homopolimer ve kopolimerlerin yapısı İR, 'H-NMR, UC-NMR teknikleri ile karakterize edildi. Homo ve kopolimerlerin camsı geçiş sıcaklıkları ve bozulma sıcaklıkları sırası ile DSC ve TGA ile yapıldı. Kopolimerizasyondaki monomer reaktivite oranlan Kelen-Tüdos ve Fineman-Ross yöntemiyle tayin edildi. Kopolimerdeki heterojenlik indisleri Mw/Mn değerleri jel permation kromatograllsinde tayin edildi. dc.description.abstractABSTRACT Master Thesis SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF ACRYLATE COPOLYMER CONTAINING CHLORO AND BROMO 1,3 - DIOXALAN GROUPS AS ON SIDE CHAIN Ferhat A LH AN LI Fırat University Graduate School Of Natural and Aplied Sciencies Department Of Chemistry 2004, Page 62 In this work (2-p chlor - phenyl - 1,3 - dioxolane - 4 - yl) methyl acrylate and (2 - p brome phenyl - 1,3 - dioxolane - 4 - yl) methyl acrylate were synthesized. Poly (PKPhDMA - co - St), poly (PKPhDMA - co - AN), poly (PBPhDMA - co - St), poly (PBPhDMA - co - AN) synthesized using AIBN in 60°C by the free radical polymerization. The structures of monomer polymers and co polymers were determined by IR, 'H- NMR technigues. The glass transition temperature and decomposition temperature o f homopolymers and copolymers were measured respectively by DSC and TGA. The monomer reactivity ratious of copolymerization were determined according to the Kelen - Tutios and Fineman - Ross methods. M~w/Mn and polydispersity indices of the copolymers were determined using gel permalion chromatography.
