Aril nitronların cis-1,4-diklorobüt-2-en ile reaksiyonlarının incelenmesi

Abstract

N-Fenil-C-substitue fenil nitronların çok sayıda dipolarofille 1,3-dipolar siklokatılma reaksiyonları incelendi. Ancak cis-1,4-diklorobüt-2-en ile reaksiyonuna literatürde rastlanmadı. Bundan dolayı N-fenil-C- substitue fenil nitronların cis-1,4-diklorobüt-2-en ile reaksiyonları çalışıldı. Nitronlar cis-1,4-diklorobüt-2-en ile izoksazolidin halkaları oluşturarak siklokatılma reaksiyonu verdiler. Siklokatılma ürünlerinin yapıları IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spektrumları ile belirlendi.

1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of N-phenyl-C-substituted phenylnitrones with various dipolarophile was investigated. However, any reaction with cis-1,4-dichlorobut-2-ene was not observed.. Therefore, the cycloaddition of N-phenyl-C-substituted phenylnitrones with cis-1,4-dichlorobut-2-ene was investigated. Nitrones were reacted with cis-1,4-dichlorobut-2-ene to produce related oxazilidine rings. Structure of cycloadducts were determined by using IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectra.
