Küreselleşme Sürecinde KOBİ`lerin Durumu veKOSGEB Destekleri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Küreselleşme yalnızca bir kavrama sıkıştırılamayacak derinlikte, bir süreç veya süreç dizisini kapsamaktadır. Ulaşım ve iletişim teknolojilerinin gelişmesi ile ülkeler arası etkileşim daha hızlı hale gelmiştir. Eleştirel yaklaşımlar olsa da küreselleşme sürecinin dışında kalmak olası görünmemektedir. Ülkeler ekonomilerinin en önemli aktörü olan KOBİ'leri bu süreçte gözetmek durumunda kalmışlar, teşvik sistemleri geliştirmişlerdir. Ülkemizde KOBİ'lere sağlanan destekler en merkezde Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükte İşletmeleri Geliştirme ve Destekleme İdaresi Başkanlığı (KOSGEB) aracılığı ile gerçekleştirilmektedir. Çalışma kapsamında küreselleşmenin KOBİ'ler üzerindeki etkileri irdelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda KOSGEB Desteklerinin yaşanan küreselleşme sürecinde KOBİ'lerin ihtiyaçlarını ne denli karşıladığını araştırmak, verilen desteklerin etkililiğinin artırılmasına yönelik önerilerde bulunmak üzere anket çalışması yapılmıştır.

Globalization covers a process or a series of processes that cannot be compressed under only one concept. The international interaction has become faster with the development of transportation and communication technologies. Although there are critical approaches, it does not seem likely to keep out of the globalization process. In this process, countries have had to look out for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) that are the most important actors of their economy and developed incentive systems. In our country, support for SME's is provided centrally through SME Development Organization (KOSGEB). The effects of globalization on SME has been scrutinised within the scope of this study. In this regard, a survey study was conducted to explore to what extend supports of KOSGEB meet the needs of the SME's in the process of globalization and to give suggestions on increasing the effectiveness of the support provided.
