dc.description.abstractÖZETDoktora Tezi1,10-FENANTROLİNİN İMİN, İMİDAZOL TÜREVLERİNİN SENTEZİ ve BAZIMETAL KOMPLEKSLERİNİN İNCELENMESİFırat ÜniversitesiFen Bilimleri EnstitüsüKimya Anabilim Dalı2006, Sayfa: 77Bu çalışmada 1,10-fenantrolin içeren organik ligandlar 2-(3-nitrofenil)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]fenantrolin(L1), 4-(1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]fenantrolin-2-il)-N,N-dimetilbenzenamin(L2), 1,10-fenantrolin-5,6-[4,4'-(eten-1,2-diilbis(oksi))dibenzenamin](L3) ve 2-(4-klorofenil)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]fenantrolin(L4) sentezlendi. Bunun için ilk önce sentezlenen bu organik ligandların miktarlarıartırıldı. Daha sonra bu ligantların farklı metal asetat ve sülfatları ile kompleksleri elde edildi.Ligandların sentezleri iki adımda yapıldı. Birinci adımda 1,10-fenantrolin HNO3 ve H2SO4karışımı ile NaBr'ün katalizörlüğünde reaksiyona sokularak 1,10-fenantrolin-5,6-dion bileşiğinedönüştürüldü. İkinci adımda, 1,10-fenantrolin-5,6-dion ile 3-nitrobenzaldehit, 4-(dimetilamin)benzaldehit, 4,4'-eten-1,2-diilbis(oksi))dibenzenamin ve 4-klorbenzaldehit reaksiyonasokularak L1, L2, L3 ve L4 ligandlarına geçildi. Üçünçü adımda Ni(II), Co(II), Cu(II), Cd(II) ve Zn(II)metallerinin bu ligandlarla kompleksleri elde edildi.Metal komplekslerin ve ligandların kimyasal yapıları elementel analiz, IR, UV, NMR ve TGAyöntemleri ile aydınlatıldı. For this,the yields of these organic ligands were increased and than their metal complexes were prepared byusing acetates and sulfates of different metals.The synthesis of the ligands was carried out two steps. At first step, 1,10-phenanthroline withHNO3+H2SO4 and as catalist NaBr were one by one introduced to reaction and in result 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione was obtanied. At second step, the 1,10-phenantroline-5,6-dione with 3-nitrobenzaldehyde, 4-(dimethylamino)benzaldehyde, 4,4'-(ethane-1,2-diylbis(oxy))dibenzenamine, 3-chlorobenzaldehyde, were one by one introduced to reaction. The obtanied products are L1, L2, L3 veL4. At third step, the Cu(II), Co(II), Zn(II), Cd(II) and Ni(II) complexes with ligands were synthesized.The chemical structure of the synthesized metal complexes and ligands were determined bymeans of elemental analysis, IR, UV, 1H-NMR and TGA techniques.
