Kocaeli ilinde süne eurygaster spp. (hemiptera: scutelleridae) yumurta parazitoitleri (hymenoptera: scelionidae) ve etkinlikleri

Abstract

ÖZETÜlkemizde buğdayın en önemli zararlılarından biri olan Süne, Eurygaster spp. (Heteroptera: Scutelleridae) ile mücadele devlet tarafından 1928 yılından beri fiziksel ve kimyasal yöntemler kullanılarak sürdürülmüştür. Bu uygulamalar doğal dengenin bozulmasına ve çevre kirliliğine neden olmuştur. Doğada süne popülasyonlarını baskı altına alma potansiyeli en yüksek canlı gruplarının başında yumurta parazitoitlei gelmektedir. Bu çalışma kapsamında Kocaeli ilinde bu parazitoitleri ve etkinliklerini belirlemek hedeflenmiştir.Kocaeli İl genelinde 5 farklı ilçeden 61 farklı köy olmak üzere 61 adet parazitli süne (Eurygaster spp.) yumurta paketi alınarak laboratuar ortamında yumurtaların açılması sağlandı. Açılan yumurtalardan 4 farklı tür (Telenomus chloropus, Trissolcus simoni, Trissolcus grandis, Gryon sp.) teşhis edildi. Bu türlerden Gryon sp. sadece tek yumurta paketinde tespit edildi. İlçelere göre bulunma oranları dikkate alındığında Kandıra ilçesinde Trissolcus grandis, Gebze, İzmit ve Körfez ilçelerinde Telenomus chloropus, ve Derince ilçesinde Trissolcus grandis ve Telenomus chloropus türlerinin bulunma oranlarının yüksek olduğu görülmektedir. İstisnai olarak sadece iki yumurta paketinin her birinden iki farklı parazitoit (T. chloropus ve T. Grandis) çıkışı oldu. Pazitlenme oranının %59 ile en yüksek Körfez ilçesinde ve en düşük ise (%33) ile Derince ilçesinde belirlendi. Metrekareye düşen nimf sayısı bakımından en yüksek İzmit (10.23) ve Körfez (10.14) en düşük ise Derince (7.25) ilçesinde olduğu görüldü. Parazitlenme oranının yüksek olduğu ilçelerde metrekareye düşen nimf sayısında parazitlenmenin az olduğu ilçelere kıyasla azalma olmadığı tespit edildi.Anahtar kelimeler: Buğday, Eurygaster spp., Kocaeli, Scelionidae yumurta parazitoidi

ABSTRACTIn our contury, the struggle with sunn pest Eurygaster spp. (Heteroptera: Scutelleridae), which is one of the most serious pests of wheat, has been carried out by the state using physical and chemical methods since 1928. These applications have caused deterioration of natural balance and environmental pollution. Egg parasitoids are the most promising among the living groups showing high potential to repress the population of sunn pests in nature. The scope of the current is to determine the parasitoids and their events in Kocaeli province.61 noise (Eurygaster spp.) egg package were collected from 61 different villages in 5 distinct counties across Kocaeli and the openning of the eggs in the laboratory was achieved. Four different species (Telenomus chloropus, Trissolcus simoni, Trissolcus grandis, Gryon sp.) were identified from egg drops. And, just the species Gryon sp. was determined in only one egg package. Taking into consideration of the presence rates of species, high percentage of Trissolcus grandis in Kandıra, Telenomus chloropus in Gebze, İzmit and Körfez counties, Trissolcus grandis and Telenomus chloropus in Derince were observed. In exceptional cases only two different parasitoids (T. chloropus ve T. grandis) were output from each of two egg packages. In addition, the highest (59%) and the lowest (33%) rates of inteference was found in Körfez and Derince districts, respectively. The number of nymphs per square was obtained as 10.23 in İzmit, which is the highest, 10.14 in Körfez and 7.25 in Derince county, the lowest one. In the districts having high rate of parasitism, any reduction was not detected in the amount of nymphs per square compared to the ones with low rate of parasitism.Keywords: Eurygaster spp., Kocaeli, Scelionidae egg parasitoid, Wheat
