Genel kadınlar ve düşük yapan kadınlarda listeria antikorlarının araştırılması

Abstract

ÖZET GENEL KADINLAR VE DÜŞÜK YAPAN KADINLARDA LISTERIA ANTİKORLARININ ARAŞTIRILMASI ERCAN, Gamze Sema Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü, Mikrobiyoloji ve Klinik Mikrobiyoloji Anabilim Dalı Tez Yöneticisi: Doç.Dr.İclal BALCI Haziran, 1996 52 sayfa Genel kadınlar ve düşük yapan kadınlarda Listeria, antikorlarını araştırmak için bu çalışmayı yaptık. Bu amaçla 82 genel kadına ait ve 57 düşük yapan kadına ait kan serumları incelemeye alındı. Tüp aglutinasyon yöntemi ile 139 kadının serumlarında Listeria monocytogenes `0` antikorları araştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonunda, genel kadınlardan 34 (%4 1.5) ünde ve düşük yapan kadınlardan 7 (%12.3) sinde antikor düzeyleri 1/160 ve üstü bulunmuştur. Sonuçta, Listeria inf eksiyonlarmda özellikle gebe kadınlarda insidansmm araştırılmasının önemli olduğu, bundan dolayı örneklerin Listeria yönünden de değerlendiril mesi gerektiği sonucuna ulaştık. ABSTRACT DETECTION OF LISTERIA ANTIBODIES AT PROSTITUTES AND THE WOMEN WITH ABORTION PROBLEMS ERCAN, Gamze Sema Ms. Thesis: in the Graduate School of Health Sciences, Department of Microbiology and Clinical Microbiology Supervisor: Assoc. Prof.Dr. İclal BALCI June, 1996, 52 pages This study, carried out between July-1995 and April 1996, about Listeria at prostitutes' and women with abortion problems Lo examine their antibodies. Because of this purpose 82 prostitutes and 57 aborted women's serum samples were examined. The sera of 139 women were studied for the presence of Listeria monocytogenes `0` antibodies by using tube agglutination method. At the end of the detection the antibody of titers of the prostitutes' 34 (%41.5) and the aborted women's 7(%12.3) were found to be 1/160 and above. The result is that, Listeria infections, especially at pregnant s, investigating of incidence is important, so we reach that its important to detection all the samples for Listeria.
