dc.description.abstract15 Ocak?15 Aralık 2008 tarihleri arasında, Gaziantep Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Şahinbey Hastanesinde yatan hastalardan alınan yara örnekleri Bakteriyoloji laboratuvarında değerlendirildi. Belirtilen süre içerisinde 159 yara örneği incelendi.İncelenen 159 yara örneğinden 31'i (% 19.49) Kalp Damar Cerrahisi, 23'ü (% 14.46) Ortopedi/Travmatoloji, 10'u (% 6.28) İnfeksiyon, 9'u (% 5.66) Genel Cerrahi, 9'u (% 5.66) KBB, 9'u (% 5.66) Beyin Cerrahisinde yatan hastalardan alındı.Diğerleri, Göğüs Cerrahisi 7 (% 4.40), Plastik ve Rekonstrüktif Cerrahi,7 (% 4.40) , Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum 6 (% 3.77), Dermatoloji 6 (% 3.77), Nefroloji 6 (% 3.77), Endokrinoloji 5 (% 3.14), Onkoloji 4 (% 2.51), acil 4 (% 2.51), Dahili Hematoloji 3 (% 1.88), Yeni Doğan Yoğun Bakım 3 (% 1.88), İç Hastalıkları Yoğun Bakım 3 (% 1.88), Üroloji 2 (% 1.25) Gastroenteroloji 2 (% 1.25), Reanimasyon 2 (% 1.25), Kardiyoloji 2 (% 1.25), Göğüs hastalıkları 1 (% 0.62), Göz 1 (% 0.62), Çocuk Cerrahisi 1 (% 0.62), Anesteziyoloji 1 (% 0.62), Pediatri 1 (% 0.62) ve Pediatrik Hematoloji 1 (% 0.62) olmak üzere yatan hastalardan alındı.Üreme saptanan örneklerden 31'inde (% 21.98) E. coli, 28'inde (% 19.85) S. aureus, 23'ünde (% 16.31) KNS, 17'sinde (% 12.05) P. aureginosa, 10'unda (% 7.09) Klebsiella spp, 7'sinde (% 4.96) Acinetobacter spp.,7 sinde Enterobacter spp., 4'ünde (%2.83) ?-hemolitik streptokok, 4ünde Enterococcus spp. izole edildi. Ayrıca 2 örnekte (% 1.41) Candida, 2 örnekte Corynebacterium spp., 2 örnekte S. maltophilia, ve örnekte (% 0.70) Proteus, Citrobacter, Serratia ve Providencia izole edildi.Anahtar kelimeler: Yara infeksiyonu, antibiyotik duyarlılıkları,
dc.description.abstractBetween 15 January-15 December 2008, the wound specimens which were taken from patients who hospitalized in the Universty of Gaziantep Medicine Faculty Şahinbey Hospital were evaluated in bacteriology laboratories.During one year period a total of 159 wound specimens were studied. 109 wound specimens of which were studied were growth. From the wound specimens which were growth, the patients who hospitalized in cardiac vasculer surgery (31 (19.49 %)), orthopedy/traumatology (23 (14.46 %)), infection 10 ((6.28 %)), otolaryngology (9 (5.66 %)), brain surgery (8 (4.76 %)), general surgery (8 (4.76 %)),Others were taken from 7 (4.40 %) plastic surgery 7 (4.40 %), breast surgery, gynecology and obstetric (6 (3.77 %)), dermatology (6 (3.77 %)), nefrology (6 (3.77 %)), endocrinology (5 (3.14 %)), emergency (4 (2.51 %)), oncology (4 (2.51 %)), hematology (3 (1.88%)), neonatal intensive care unıt (3 (1.88%)), internal intensive care unıt (3 (1.88 %)), urology (2(1.25 %)), gastroenterology (2 (1.25 %)), reanimation (2 (1.25 %)) and cardiology (2 (1.25 %)), ophthalmology (1 (0.62 %)), anesthesiology (1 (0.62 %)), infant surgery (1 (0.62 %)), cheast department (1 (0.62 %)), pediatry (1 (0.62 %)) and hematology of pediatry (1 (0.62 %))Among the cultures with bacterial growth, 31 (21.98 %) E. coli, 28 (19.85 %) S. aureus, 23 (16.31 %) KNS, 17 (12.05 %) P. aureginosa, 10 (7.09 %) Klebsiella sp, 7 (4.96 %) Acinetobacter spp. and Enterobacter spp 4 (2.83 %) ?- hemolitic streptococcus, and Enterococcus spp were isolated.
