Bir ilaç deposunun birliktelik analizi kullanılarak yerleştirilmesi ve sipariş toplama sürecinin iyileştirilmesi

Abstract

Günümüz rekabet piyasasında işletmelerin kar oranları giderek düşmektedir. Bu rekabet piyasasında tedarik zincirinin her aşamasında tüm süreçler sistematik olarak ele alınarak, verimlilik odaklı bir yaklaşım sergilenmesi gerekmektedir. Tedarik zincirinin en önemli halkalarından biri depolamadır. Depolama süreçleriyle ilgili maliyetlere odaklanmak ve bu maliyetleri düşürmeye yönelik stratejiler oluşturmak işletmelerin karlılığına doğrudan etki sağlamaktadır. Depolama süreçlerinin etkin yönetimi ile tedarik zincirinde yaratılan değer artmaktadır. Depolar tedarik zincirinde çok önemli bir role sahiptir ve depolama maliyetlerinin önemi günden güne artmaktadır. Bu çalışma, bir ilaç deposundaki süreçlerin verimli bir şekilde dış kaynaklı bir firmaya verilmesini, bu depodaki iş süreçlerinin tasarımını ve ilgili depodaki sipariş toplama sürecinin Birliktelik Analizi kullanılarak iyileştirilmesini kapsamaktadır. Birliktelik Analizi verilerine göre ürünlerin optimum düzeyde yerleştirilmesi sağlanarak, sipariş toplama sürecinin iyileştirilmesi sağlanmıştır.

In today's competitive market, the profit ratios of enterprises are gradually decreasing. In this competitive market, all processes must be taken systematically at every stage of the supply chain and an efficiency oriented approach must be demonstrated. One of the most important rings of the supply chain is storage. Focusing on costs associated with storage processes and creating strategies to reduce these costs have a direct impact on the profitability of businesses. With the effective management of storage processes, the value created in the supply chain is increasing. Warehouses have a very important role in the supply chain and the importance of storage cost is increasing day by day. This study includes that operations in a pharmaceutical warehouse can be efficiently delivered to an outsourced firm, designing the business processes in this warehouse and improving the order picking process in the relevant warehouse by using the Association Analysis. According to Association Analysis data, it is ensured that the products are placed at the optimum level and the order picking process is improved.
