Yukarı Sakarya nehir sistemi`nde gastropoda zoosönozu`nun tespiti ve mevsimsel dağılışının belirlenmesi

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada 26.10.1998 ve 26.08.1999 tarihleri arasında Yukarı Sakarya Nehir Sisteminde Gastropoda faunasının tespiti ve mevsimsel dağılışları incelenmiştir. Çalışma süresince belirlenen 18 istasyondan her mevsim bir kez olmak üzere Gastropoda örnekleri toplanmış, teşhisleri yapılmış ve suyun bazı fıziko- kimyasal parametreleri ölçülmüştür. Söz konusu istasyonlarda Prosobranchia altsınıfından 4 familyaya ait 9 tür, Pulmonota altsınıfından 4 familyaya ait 7 tür tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen türerin mevsimlere göre her istasyondaki dağılışları incenlenmiş ve Yukarı Sakarya Nehir Sistemindeki kirlilik ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda sadece 5 tür (Gyraulus albus, Physa acuta, Valvata cristata, Valvata pulchella, Melanopsis praemorsa costata) her mevsim tespit edilirken, Planorbis carinatus sadece Enne Çayı'nda Sonbahar ve Yaz çalışmalarında, Melanopsis paremorsa costata sadece Sakarbaşı kaynakta her mevsim, Sadleriana byzanthina sadece Özsuyu Deresi'nde İlkbahar çalışmasında, Valvata piscinalis ise Şeydi Suyu'nda Yaz çalışmasında bulunmuştur. 3 no'lu istasyonda ise hiç bir Gastropoda örneğine rastlanılmamıştır. Çalışılan istasyonlarda Gastropoda tür ve birey sayısının değişiklik göstermesiyle birlikte en fazla ilkbahar ve yaz, en az ise kış aylarında olduğu gözlenmiştir. Tespit edilen türler arasında Theodoxus heldreichi, Melanopsis praemorsa costata ve Bithynia badiella Yukarı Sakarya Nehir Sistemi için yeni kayıttır. $$***

SUMMARY In this study, the determination and the seasonal distribution of Gastropoda fauna in the Upper Sakarya River System investigated between the dates of 26/10/1998 and 26/08/1999. During the study, samples of Gastropoda were collected and identified ones in each season at the 18 stations chosen on the Upper Sakarya River System. In addition, some physico-chemical parameters of the water were measured. At the stations, 9 species belong to 4 families of Prosobranchia subclassis and 7 species belong to 4 families of Pulmonata subclassis have been found. The distribution of these species according to the seasons at each station was investigated and it was aimed to reveal the pollution of the Upper Sakarya River System. At the end of the study, only 5 species (Gyraulus albus, Physa acuta, Valvata cristata, Valvata pulchella, Melanopsis praemorsa costata) were determined each season. On the other hand, Planorbis carinatus was found only in Enne Creek in the fall and the summer seasons while Melanopsis paremorsa costata was identified just in the Sakarya Spring in all seasons. In addition, just in the spring studies, Sadleriana byzanthina in Özsuyu Creek, and only in the summer studies, Valvata piscinalis in Seydi Creek were determined. Furthermore, no single Gastropoda sample found at the station #3. Although the species and their numbers change at the stations, the maximum numbers were found during the spring and the summer, while minimums were identified during the fall and the winter seasons. Three species, Theodoxus heldreichi, Melanopsis praemorsa costata andBithynia badiella, among all the determined species are new records for the Upper Sakarya River System.
