Android işletim sistemi için medikal izleme yazılımı geliştirme

Abstract

Sabit platformlara kıyasla mobil sistemleri kullanmak hız, maliyet, erişim kolaylığı vb. alanlarda daha avantajlı görünmektedir. Bununla beraber sağlık bilgi sistemleri alanındaki işlemler her geçen gün yeni uygulamalarla dijital ortama katılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada mobil platform üzerinde çalışacak bir medikal takip sistemi geliştirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu sistem sayesinde bebek aşıları, gebe kontrolleri ve kronik hastaların izlenmesi ve ilgili taraflara bu bilgilerin ulaştırılmasına çalışılmıştır. Geliştirilen sistem Eclipse, Java ve XML kullanılarak Android işletim sistemi üzerinde çalışacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Özellikle aşıların ve hastaların takibi açısından doktorlara büyük kolaylıklar getirmesi ve geniş kitlelere daha kolay ulaşılabilmesi ve uyarma sistemini de içermesi gibi özellikleri sayesinde sistemin tercih edilme oranının artması öngörülmektedir.Anahtar Kelimeler - Mobil Cihazlar, Sağlık Bilgi Sistemleri, Medikal İzleme Sistemi, Android

The use of mobile systems is more advantageous compared to the fixed platforms in terms of speed, cost, and ease of access etc. However, operations in the field of health information systems participate in digital environment by new applications every day. In this study aimed to develop a medical monitoring system work on mobile platform. With this system, it would be possible to monitor the baby's vaccinations, pregnancy checks and monitoring of chronically ill patients and to transport these information to interested parties. The system developed is designed to be run on the Android operating system by using Eclipse, Java and XML. The using rate of the program is expected to be increased since it comes with great conveniences especially for the doctors to follow up their patients and vaccines, has a potential of reaching out a wider population and includes a warning.Keywords – Mobile devices, Health information systems, Medical monitoring system, Android
