dc.description.abstractBAZI SÜBST TÜE P R D N N-OKS T TÜREVLER N N AS TL K VE BAZLIKDAVRANISLARININ TEOR K OLARAK NCELENMESErman YURTSEVENÖZETBu çalısmada bazı piridin N-oksit türevlerinin termodinamik özellikleri MOPAC2002programında AM1, PM3 ve PM5 yarı deneysel yöntemleri ile hesaplanmıstır. Teorik olarakhesaplanan verilerle deneysel veriler arasındaki uyum degerlendirilmistir.Çalısılan moleküllerin yarı deneysel yöntemler ile teorik olarak hesaplanan asitlik sabitleri(pKa), proton ilgileri (PA), sübstitüent sabitleri (δ) ve nükleofillikleri (n) ile deneysel olarakbulunmus asitlik sabitleri ve sübstitüent sabitleri arasında bir uyum oldugu gözlenmistir.Piridin N-Oksit türevlerinin literatürden bulunan deneysel verilerine (Chmurzyinski. L.,1998) karsılık Mopac2002 (AM1,PM3,PM5) yarı deneysel yöntemleriyle elde edilen degerleriçin grafikler çizildiginde sıvı ve gaz fazda AM1 metodunun digerlerine göre daha iyi sonuçlarverdigi gözlenmistir.
dc.description.abstractTHEORETICAL STUDIES ON ACIDITY AND BASICITY BEHAVIOURS OF SOMESUBSTITUTED PYRIDINE N-OXIDE DERIVATIVESErman YURTSEVENSUMMARYIn this work , thermodynamic properties of some pyridine N-oxide derivatives werecalculated theoreticaly using AM1, PM3, PM5 semi-empirical methods in MOPAC2002. Theparellelism between theoretical and experimental and results were discussed.It has been observed that the parellelism between the acidity constants (pKa), protonaffınities (PA), substituent constants (δ) and nucleofilicilies (n) the pyridine derivatives whichwere calculated on the computer using semi empirical methods and acidity constants.Substituents constants which were found by experimental methods.Instead of to the experimental values collected from literature (Chmurzyinski L., 1998)for pyridine N-oxide derivates, it was determined that AM1 methods supplies better values inliquid and gas phases rather than when the graphic is occured with the values obtainedMopac2002 (AM1, PM3, PM5) half-experimental methods.en_US
