dc.description.abstractSteroid molekülü ile endosiklik ya da eksosiklik substitüe olmuş pirazolin türevleri önemli biyolojik aktivitelere sahiptir. Bu tezde, başlangıç bileşikleri olarak Pregnenolon ve trans-dehidroepiandrosten gibi iki farklı steroid kullanılmıştır. İlk olarak, α, β-doymamış karbonil substitüe steroid türevleri bazik ortamda başlangıç maddeleri DHEA ve Pregnenolon'un heteroaromatik aldehidler ile Aldol kondansasyon reaksiyonundan elde edildi. Çeşitli heteroaromatik substitüe α,β doymamış karbonil bileşiklerinin hidrazin ve tiyosemikarbazid gibi farklı nitrojen nükleofilleriyle reaksiyonundan çeşitli steroid substitue pirazolin türevleri sentezlenmiştir. Bütün sentezlenen bileşiklerinin yapıları, FT-IR, 1H-NMR ve 13C-NMR spektroskopisi kullanılarak karakterize edildi.
dc.description.abstractPyrazoline derivatives that are endocyclic or exocyclic substituted with the steroid molecule have significant biological activity. In this thesis, two different steroid such as Pregnenolone and trans-dehydroepiandrosten were used as starting compounds. Firstly, α,β-unsaturated carbonyl substituted steroid derivatives were obtained from Aldol condensation reaction with heteroaromatic aldehydes of the starting materials DHEA and Pregnenolone in basic medium. Various steroid substituted pyrazoline derivatives were synthesised from the reaction heteroaromatic substituted α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds with different nitrogen nucleophiles such as hydrazine and thiosemicarbazide. The structures of all the synthesized compound were characterized by using FT-IR, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR spectroscopy.en_US
