| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Deprem Bölgelerinde Yapılacak Binalar Hakkındaki Yönetmeliğe göre can güvenliği performans düzeyini sağlamayan bir binanın, güçlendirme uygulaması yapılmıştır. Güçlendirme uygulaması sonrası, binanın güvenlik düzeyinin arttığı, performans analizleri ile tespit edilmiştir. Son olarak, güçlendirme uygulamasının maliyet analizi yapılarak, güçlendirme uygulamasının ekonomik yönü incelenmiştir.Anahtar kelimeler: Performans analizi, maliyet analizi. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, a building which does not satisfy the level of performance according to the code regulation, is strenghened. After the strenghening the building, by applying the performance analysis, it has been shown that the level of performance is increased.
