İnovasyon performansı değerlendirme sürecinde AHS ve GİA bütünleşik yaklaşımı: Süt ürünleri sektöründe bir uygulama

Abstract

Günümüzde rekabet küresel bir boyut kazandığından dolayı, işletmelerin üretimden pazarlamaya kadar olan süreç içerisinde bir takım inovasyonlar gerçekleştirmeleri gerekmektedir. Nitekim işletmelerin amaçları doğrultusunda sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajının sağlanması inovasyon performansları ile doğru orantılıdır. Çalışmanın amacı, Eskişehir'de süt ve süt ürünleri sektöründe faaliyet gösteren firmaların inovasyon performanslarının ortaya konularak, en uygun firmanın belirlenmesidir. Çalışmada firmaların inovasyon performansları üzerinde etkili olduğu düşünülen kriter ve alt kriterlerin Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci ile elde edilen ağırlıkları, Gri İlişkisel Analiz'de veri olarak kullanılmıştır. Böylelikle Gri İlişkisel Analiz ile her bir alternatif firma için bir önem derecesi ortaya konularak, en yüksek önem derecesine sahip firmanın inovasyon performansı açısından en uygun firma olarak belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, uygulama yapılan firmalar dikkate alındığında süt ve süt ürünleri alanında birçok firma olmasına rağmen kapasite bakımından yeterli firmaların azlığının rekabet yoğunluğu bakımından inovasyon performansını olumsuz yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Diğer taraftan çevresel faktörler ve iç faktörlerin, firma stratejik yetenekleri ve üretim, pazarlama ve Ar-Ge'ye oranla inovasyon performansı açısından daha etkili olduğu görülmüştür.

Nowadays, because the competition acquired a global dimension, firms must perform a number of innovations from production to marketing businesses within a process. The purpose of the study is to determine the most appropriate firm with putting forward the innovation performance of firms in Eskisehir dairy sector. In case weights is obtained by Analytic Hierarchy Process impact on innovation performance of firms that are considered the criteria and sub-criteria was used as data in Grey Relational Analysis in this study. Thus, the firm has the highest degree of importance is put forward a degree of importance In terms of innovation performance was to determine the most appropriate firm with Grey Relational Analysis for each alternative firm. In conclusion, when the said firms are considered, although many companies in the field of dairy has been shown lack of adequate firm innovation to adversely affect the performance in terms of the competition intensity. On the other hand, environmental factors and internal factors were found to be more effective in terms of performance compared with firm strategic capabilities and production, marketing and research and development.
