Üretim programı değişiklik nedenlerinin stoğa bağlı para üzerindeki etkileri ve büyük ölçekli bir firma üzerinde uygulama

Abstract

İşletmeler verimliliklerini artırmak için üretim esnasında oluşan aksaklıkların giderilmesi için üretim planlarını ve programlarını değiştirirler. Üretim programındaki değişikliklerin stokdaki malzeme maliyetini önemli ölçüde etkilediği görülmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın amacı üretim programı değişiklik nedenleri ile stoğa bağlı paradaki sapma ilişkisini araştırmaktır. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda ortaya çıkan üretim programı değişiklik nedenleri ile stoğa bağlı paradaki sapma arasındaki ilişkiler tek tek analiz edilmiştir. Bu ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla büyük ölçekli bir firmanın son dört yıllık, aylık üretim verileri kullanılarak istatistiksel analizler yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda görülmüştür ki; pazardaki değişiklik ve yeniden planlama kaynaklı olarak yapılan üretim programı değişiklikleri stoğa bağlı paradaki sapmayı olumsuz yönde etkilediği ortaya çıkmıştır.

Companies change their production plans and programs in order to increase their productivity and to solve production problems. It is noticed that the change reasons of the production program affect inventory cost deviation of the company in a big extent. In this respect, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the change reasons of the production program and the inventory cost deviation. The relationships between the change reasons of the production program which were found out as a result of this research and the inventory cost deviation are analyzed one by one. In order to search this relations, the last four-year monthly recorded production data of a large scaled company are used and analyzed. As a result of this study, it is investigated that change in market and re- planning, which are the change reasons of production program, affect the inventory cost deviation negatively.
