Türkiye` de bor madeni ve ekonomik incelemesi: Eskişehir-Kırka işletmesi örneği

Abstract

Pek çok bilim adamı tarafından ?21. Yüzyılın Petrolü? olarak nitelendirilen bormadenleri temizlikten, tekstile, fiber optik kablolardan, askeri alana,hidrojenbağlayıcılardan nükleer alana kadar 250'yi aşkın kullanım alanıyla gelecek yüzyıllaradamgasını vuracaktır. Bu tez araştırmasının amacı olan bor madenlerinin ülkeekonomisindeki yeri, iktisadi boyutları ve Türkiye'nin sahip olduğu % 72,2'lik rezervmiktarının stratejik önemi açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Eti Holding A.Ş., Eskişehir Kırka şletmesi ve diğerkuruluşların yayınlamış olduğu veriler ve yayınlar baz alınarak bor madeni tekniktanımından, rezervlere, pazarlama ve satış ağlarından, ihracat rakamlarına kadarelde edilen bilgilerden faydalanılmıştır.Sonuç olarak; Türkiye sahip olduğu % 72,2'lik rezerv miktarı ile dünyanın engeniş bor madeni yataklarına sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Ulusal varlığımız olan bormadenlerinin kamusallaştırılması belki de iktisadi anlamda atılan en iyi adımlardanbirisi olmuştur. Fakat elde edilen bu avantajdan Türkiye yeteri kadarfaydalanamamıştır. Uygulanan yanlış fiyat politikaları, yerli üreticinin yatırımyapamamasına sebep olmuştur. Bununla birlikte bor araştırmaları ve teknikdonanımın yetersiz kalmış, bora dayalı sanayi kollarının gelişemeyip, giderekkaybolmasına zemin hazırlamıştır. Önemli olan geç olmadan sahip olduğumuz budeğerli rezervleri ülke çıkarlarını koruyup, en iyi biçimde işleyerek ülke ekonomisinekazandırmaktır. Bu tez araştırması araştırmacılar için de öneriler içermektedir.

The boron mine which is described by lot of scintists as the ?Petroleum of the21st Century? will brand its name to the coming centuries with its 250 beyod usingareas, from cleaning to textile, from military to nucleer fields. With this thesis it isaimed to explain the position of the boron mines in the economy of our country, theeconomic dimensions and the strategic importance of the 72,2 % reserve amountwhich Turkey owns.At this aim, it has been make use of the datums obtained from Eti HoldingA.Ş., Enterprise Eskişehir-Kırka and from the other foundations? export figures,marketing and sales netwoks, reserves, technical definitions which are received viatheir publications.As a result, it has been noticed that Turkey owns with its 72,2 % reserve themost extensive sources in the world. Perhaps, it was the best step in economicmeaning to nationalize the boron mines which are our national wealths. But Turkeyhas not been sufficient make use of this advantage which has been abtained. Nativemanufacturers could not do any investments because of aplied wrong policy ofprices. However, the investigations of boron mines and the technical equipments arenot unsufficient. This caused the disapearing of the industry branches related to theboron mines which had not the opportunity to grow up. The most important thing isbefore its too late, to defense these valuable reserves and the benefits of ourcountry, add them to the economy of our country, processing in the best way. Thisinvetigation of thesis contains suggestions for researchers.
