dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, tavuk kesimhanesinde kesilen 365 ve Elazığ Veteriner Kontrol ve Araştırma Enstitüsüne hastalık şüphesiyle getirilen 162 tavuk Salmonellozis yönünden incelendi. İzole edilen Salmonella suşlannın bakteriyolojik ve serolojik olarak identifikasyonlan yapıldı ve antibiyotiklere duyarlılıkları incelendi. İncelenen toplam 527 tavuğun 57 (% 10.81)'sinden Salmonella susu izole edildi. Suşlann 43'ü hareketli, 14'ü hareketsiz bulundu. Tüm suşlarm oksidaz, H2S, indol, MR, VP, sitrat, üreaz, lizin dekarboksilaz, ornitin dekarboksilaz, triptofan deaminaz, jelatin hidrolizi, malonat, KCN, nitrat redüksiyonu, ONPG ve karbonhidrat fermantasyon testleri yapıldı. Ornitin dekarboksilaz ve sitrat kullanım testleri hareketli suşlarda pozitif, hareketsiz suşlarda negatif bulundu. Salmonella suşlannın serolojik identifikasyonunda koaglutinasyon ve lam aglutinasyon testi kullanıldı. Staphylococcus aureus Cowan I susu ile B, Cj, C2 ve Dt grubu Salmonella antiserumlan ile koaglutinasyon reagentleri hazırlandı. Grup spesifik antiserumlar ve hazırlanan koaglutinasyon reagentleri ile yapılan serograplandırma sonucunda, toplam 57 susun 53'ü Dj^ serograbunda, 4'ü B serogrubunda bulundu. Di serogrubundaki suşlarm 39'u S.enteritidis, 14'ü S.gallinanım, B serogrubundaki suşlarm ise, tümü S.typhimıırium olarak serotiplendirildi. S.enteritidis suşlannın faj tiplendirilmesi sonucunda, toplam 39 susun 30'u S.enteritidis PT4(faj tip 4), 6'sı PT1, l'i PT7 olarak tiplendirildi ve 2'sinin faj tipi belirlenemedi. Kirby Bauer disk diffuzyon yöntemine göre yapılan antibiyotik duyarlılık test sonuçlarına göre, tüm Salmonella suşlan enrofloksasin'e duyarh, penisilin'e dirençli bulundu.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, 365 chickens slaughtered at a local abattoir and 162 chickens admitted to Elazığ Veterinary Control and Research Institute were investigated for Salmonellosis. Isolated Salmonella strains Were identified bacteriologicalry and serologically. Antibiotic susceptibility tests were also performed. Fifty seven (10.81 %) Salmonella strains were isolated from 527 chickens. Of these strains, 43 were motile and 14 were non-motile. Oxydase, HaS, indole, MR, VP, citrate, urease, lysine decarboxylase, ornithine decarboxylase, tryptophane deaminase, gelatin hydrolysis, malonate, KCN, nitrate reduction, ONPG and carbohydrate fermentation tests were applied to all strains. Motile strains were ornithine decarboxylase and citrate positive whereas non-motile strains were not. The coagglutination test and the slide agglutination test were used for serological identification of Salmonella strains. The coagglutination reagents were prepared with Staphylococcus aureus Cowan I strain and Salmonella serogroup B, Cİ5 C2 and Dx antisera. The Salmonella strains were tested with group specific antisera and coagglutination reagents. Of the 57 strains, 53 were in group Di,4 were in group B. Of 53 strains in group Di, 39 were serotyped as S.enteritidis and 14 as S.gallinarum. Four strains in group B were serotyped as S.typhimurium. In phagetyping of S.enteritidis strains, 30 of 39 strains were S.enteritidis PT4 and 6 were PT1. One was PT7 and 2 were untypeable. In antibiotic susceptibility tests, all Salmonella strains were sensitive to enrofloxacin and all Salmonella strains were resistant to penicillin.en_US
