dc.description.abstract | Buçalısmada, toplam 28 adet rat 4 esit gruba ayrılarak kullanıldı. 14 ratta 60 dakikasüresince strangülasyon ileusu olusturuldu ve bu sürenin sonunda strangülasyonortadan kaldırıldı. 1. grup rata laparotomi yapılıp sadece intraperitoneal olarak 1 ccserum fizyolojik verilirken, 2. grup rata intraperitoneal olarak 1 cc serum fizyolojikiçinde 15 mg/kg troloks verildi. 3. grup rata 60 dakikalık strangülasyon ileusunutakiben reperfüzyondan 5 dakika önce sadece intraperitoneal 1 cc serum fizyolojikverilirken, 4. grup rata intraperitoneal 1 cc serum fizyolojik içinde 15 mg/kgTroloks verildi. 24 saat sonra relaparotomi yapılarak ince bagırsak örnekleri alındı.Bu örneklerden doku biyokimya incelemesi ve histopatolojik degerlendirmesiyapıldı. ntrakardiyak kan örnekleri alınarak serum biyokimyası degerlendirildi.Yapılan tüm bu incelemeler (histopatolojik incelemesi, serum biyokimya çalısmasıve intestinal dokuda MDA, SOD, katalaz degerlendirmesi) sonucunda,strangülasyon ileusu olusturulan ve sadece serum fizyolojik verilen grup ile troloksverilen grup arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıstır. | |
dc.description.abstract | In this study, the total number of 28 ratswas divided into 4 groups. In 14 of them, strangulation obstruction has been madefor 60 minutes long. In the first group, the laparotomy was made in each rat and 1cc physiological serum was given intraperitoneally. In the second group, 15mg/kgTrolox was added to 1 cc physiological serum and given intraperitoneally. In thethird group, 1 cc physiological serum was given five minutes, before thereperfusion, following the 60 minutes strangulation obstruction. In the fourthgroup, 15 mg/kg Trolox was added to 1 cc physiological serum and givenintraperitoneally five minutes, before the reperfusion, following the 60 minutesstrangulation obstruction. After 24 hours, relaparotomy for each rat was performedand small intestinal specimens were obtained. From these samples, biochemicalexaminations of tissues and histopathologic evaluations were conducted. Intracardiacblood samples were obtained and biochemical examinations were made. Asa result of those examinations, (histopathologic evaluations, serum biochemicalexaminations, and tissue levels of MDA, SOD, catalase) no statistical differenceexisted between groups having physiological serum and Trolox applied during thestrangulation obstruction. | en_US |
