Abstract

ABSTRACT The most important reason why I chose this topic `The Factors on the development of Turkish Aviation` on which has not deeply worked up to date, is firstly to believe the need of knowledge covered by myself as a Turkish Aviator. Other reason for preparation of this thesis is to believe that the evaluating our position in World Aviation Sector gives us opportunity to supply a trigger effect on the Development of Turkish Aviation and to find out the level where we are. Turks who knew well the importance of aviation in advance got established in Aviation just after eight years of the first successive flight. They have been participating in the progress since that time. They have always been in competition with the foremost countries of the world in aviation sector. Turkish Aviation History is filled with magnificent successes of our aviators. We believe that this thesis gives some ideas about the progress of Turkish aviation and effects of this progress. VI
