ABSTRACT CRITICAL PATH ANALYSIS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT: AN APPLICATION Bülent Reha Karagöz M.B.A. In Management Supervisor: Assist Prof. Erdal Erel February 1989, 22 Pages Critical Path Analysis (CPA) in project management has found extensive applica tions in the last three decades, mainly because it enables the completion of project in the shortest possible time and increases the efficiency.
