| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı finans sektörü çalışanlarının duygusal tükenmişlik düzeyleri ile duygusal emek arasında örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının aracı etkisinin olup olmadığının ortaya konmasıdır. Araştırma kapsamında bir çevrimiçi haber kanalı aracılığı ile finans sektörü çalışanlarına ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır.236 kişiden elde edilen veriler değerlendirilmiş ve 166 adet veri seti oluşturulmuştur.Veriler ışığında örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının duygusal tükenmişlik ile duygusal emek arasında bir aracı etkiye sahip olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Purpose of this study is to determine the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior between emotional burnout levels and emotional labor behaviors of financial sector employees through an online news channel. Data from 236 people were evoluated and 166 people data sets were formed by eliminating the questionares. In the light of the data, it has been revealed that organizational citizenship behavior hasn't a mediator effect on the emotional burnout with emotional labor. | en_US |
