dc.description.abstractÖZET Albizzia Julibrissin ' in kurutulmuş çiçeklerinden, bir flavanoid; kurutulmuş meyve kabuklarından bir saponin izole edildi. Çiçeklerden % 80'lik etanolle ekstrakte edilen flavanoid; kolon kromotograf isiyle; CHCK/ChUOH/HpO : 65: 35: 10 çözgen sistemi kullanılarak, saf landırıldı. Bileşiğin asidik hidrolizi sonunda bir monosakkarit ve bir flavanol oluştu. Flavanolün yapısı spektroskopik yöntemlerle, (u»v, H - NMR, MS) kuversetin (quercetin) olarak; monosakka rit ise kağıt kromotograf isiyle ramnoz olarak belirlendi. Flavanoidin yapısı, u.v spektroskopisiyle, (CFLOH ; C1-U0H + CH30Na CH30H AlCl: CH30H A1C13 + HC1 CH30H + CH.COONa spektrumları yardımıyla) kuversitrin (quercitrin) olarak saptandı. Meyve kabuklarından % 80'lik etanolle ekstraksiyon sonunda ele geçen saponin, önce; Butanol/Asetik Asit/Su: 4: 1:5 ve ardından, CHC13/ CH30H/Su: 65: 35: % 10 CHgOH 'çözgen siste miyle, kolon kromotograf isiyle saf landırıldı. Saponinin asidik hidrolizi sonunda aglikon olarak, ekinosistik asit (echınocystic) ele geçti. Hidroliz çözeltisinin nötralleştiri lmesinden sonra, monosakkaritler, kağıt kromotograf isi yardımıyla ; glukoz, ksiloz, arabinoz, ramnoz ve fukoz olarak belirlendi.
dc.description.abstractSUMMARY We have isolated a flavanoid from dried flowers of Albizzia Julibrissin and a saponin from dried beans. The flavanoid, which has been extracted from flowers by the use of ethanol (80 %), is purified using the solvent system of CHC1 o/GHoOH/HpO : 65: 35: 10 with col umn-chromatography. At the end of acidic hydrolysis of the compound, we have identified that one flavanol and one monosaccarid has formed. The structure of flavanol is determined with spectroscopic methods (U.V, H -NMR, MS) and found to be as quercetin. Also, the monosaccarid is determined with the use of paper chromo; tography and found to be as rhamnose. The structure of flavanoid has been performed by U.V spectroscopy ( from the spectra of CH-OH, CH30H + CH^ONa / CH30H T A1C13 ; CH30H `? AlClg + HC1 be as quercitrin. ; CH3QH * CH3C0QNai ) to The saponin that we obtained from beans using ethanol (80 1) extraction process is purified, first by treatment in Buthanol/ acetic acid/water : 4: 1:5 and then with, the solvent system CHC13 / CH30H/water : 65-35:10 and CHgGH (10 %.) with the column chromatograpy We have obtained echinocystic acid as aglicone with the acidic hydrolysis of saponin After the neutralization of the solution of hydrolysis, we have identified monosaccarides as being glucose, Xylose, arabinose, rhamnose and fucose by the use of paper chromatography,en_US
