dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmamızda, aflatoksin B1 'in mikrobiyolojik degradasyonu incelenmiş ve YES ortamına 1500 ng/100 ml miktarında konan aflatoksin B1' i Aspergillus terreus 817 ng/100 ml 'ye C/.45), Rhizopus spp. 571 ng/100 mi 'ye C/.62), Absidia spp. 666 ng/100 mi 'ye C/56), Cunninghanfel la spp. 750 ng/100 mi 'ye C/.50), Aspergillus niger 51E ng/100 ml 'ye C/.67), Aspergillus flatvus 1000 ng/100 ml'ye C/.33), Mucor spp. 580 ng/100 ml'ye C/.66) indirmişlerdir. Abstract Microbial degration of af latoxin B^ was investigated in this study.
