L-karnitin ile kombine edilen bazı ticari zenginleştirici ürünlerin rotifer (brachionus plicatilis)`in yağ asidi kompozisyonu üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, Algamac 3050 ve Red Pepper'e L-karnitin ilavesinin rotifer (Brachionus plicatilis)'in yağ asidi içeriğine etkisi belirlenmiştir. B. plicatilis'in yoğun üretiminde besin olarak S. parkle kullanılmıştır. Rotiferlere L-karnitin ilaveli ticari ürünler ile kombine olarak; S. parkle (Grup I; Kontrol), S. parkle+ Red Pepper (grup II), S. parkle+ Red Pepper+ L - karnitin (grup III), S. parkle+ L - karnitin (grup IV), S. parkle+ Algamac 3050 (grup V), S. parkle+ Algamac 3050 + L – karnitin (grup VI)'den oluşan zenginleştirme uygulanmıştır. Ticari ürün ile zenginleştirilen B. plicatilis'in yağ asidi kompozisyonunda önemli farklılıklar saptanmıştır. Gruplar arasında en yüksek EPA ve PUFA; S. parkle + Algamac 3050 + L - karnitin ile zenginleştirilen rotiferlerde 12. saatte, en yüksek DHA; S. parkle + Algamac 3050 + L - karnitin ile zenginleştirilen rotiferlerde 6. saatte tespit edilmiştir. Rotiferlerdeki PUFA içeriğine zenginleştirme süresi etkisinin önemli (P<0,05) olduğu görülmüştür.

In this thesis, it was determinated of the effect on fatty acid contens of rotifer (Brachionus plicatilis) of suplemented of L-carnitine to Algamac 3050, Red Pepper. S. parkle was used as feed in mass culture of B. plicatilis. Rotifer was applied feeding combined of commercial products suplemented with S. parkle (group I; control), S. parkle+ Red Pepper (group II), S. parkle+ Red Pepper+ L - karnitin (group III), S. parkle+ L - karnitin (group IV), S. parkle+ Algamac 3050 (group V), S. parkle+ Algamac 3050 + L - karnitin (group VI). Considerable differences were found in fatty acid composition of B. plicatilis fed with commercial enrichment diets. The highest EPA and PUFA; were determinated enriched with S. parkle + Algamac 3050 + L – karnitin in rotifer at the end of the trial, at 12 hour, the highest DHA were determinated enriched with S. parkle + Algamac 3050 + L - karnitin in rotifer at the end of the trial, at 6 hour. The enrichment duration was found significant (P< 0,05) effect of PUFA content of rotifers.
