Koleksiyon hazırlama aşamasına uygun üretim ve kalite kontrol yöntemlerinin araştırılması

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında koleksiyon hazırlama aşamalarına uygun kalite kontrol ve üretim sistemleri incelenmiştir.İlk olarak tedarik zinciri, kalite kontrol yöntemleri ve üretim sistemleri ile ilgili bilgiler sunulmuştur.İkinci bölümde, koleksiyon hazırlama aşamaları fikir aşamasından başlanarak satış aşamasına kadar incelenmiştir.Tezin son bölümünde ise, ticari bir koleksiyonun renk, model gibi ana karakterlerini belirleyen unsurlar açıklanmış ve bu koleksiyonun orta büyüklükteki bir konfeksiyon işletmesinde hazırlanma aşamaları incelenmiştir. Bu süreçte karşılaşılan problemler incelenerek, çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.Anahtar kelimeler: Koleksiyon, kalite kontrol, modüler üretim sistemi, tedarik zinciri.

In this thesis, the suitable production and quality control systems for the stages of collection preparation have been examined.At the first part of this project, supply chain management, quality control methods and production systems have been presented.At the second part, the stages of collection preparation have been explained from the first design steps to marketing.At the last part, the main defined factors such as colors, styles of a commercial collection have been explained and the stages were analyzed in a medium sized apparel factory. The problems, which were occurred in this period, have been examined and the solutions have been suggested.Keywords: Collection, quality control, moduler production system, supply chain management.
