dc.description.abstractBu tezde, afetle sonuçlanan bir olay neticesinde, olaydan zarar görenleri kurtarmak, zamanında ve uygun tıbbi müdahaleyi sağlamak amacıyla yürütülecek olan faaliyetlerin, kuyruk sistemleri ile modellenmesi konusu incelenmektedir. Afetzedelerin sağlık durumlarına göre tedavi önceliği verilerek, uygun kuyruk modelleri oluşturulmuş, Laplace dönüşümleri yardımıyla ortalama bekleme süreleri elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca, geçici duruma ilişkin denklemler oluşturularak, optimal kontrol teorisi ile çözüm elde edilmiştir. Tüm faaliyetlerin bir bütün olarak değerlendirilebilmesi amacıyla da bir simulasyon modeli oluşturulmuş, farklı senaryolar denenerek, sistemin davranışı test edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, the problem of modeling activities, that are conducted for the purposes of rescuing disaster victims, providing them timely and appropriate medical care after an event that results in a disaster, is examined by using queuing systems. Giving different medical treatment priorities to disaster victims, appropriate queuing models were created, and then average waiting times were obtained by means of Laplace transformations. Furthermore, transient state equations were formed, and their solution was obtained by utilizing optimal control theory. To evaluate emergency activities as a whole, a simulation model was built, and by applying different scenarios, the behavior of the system was examined.en_US
