Rus Buğday Afidi, Diuraphis noxia (Kurdjumov) (Hemiptera: Aphididae)`nın İç Anadolu Bölgesi`nde yaygın olarak yetiştirilen bazı buğday çeşitleri açısından tercihinin belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, İç Anadolu Bölgesinde yetiştirilen İzgi, Altay, Müfitbey, Gerek, Yıldız, Soyer, Nacibey, Kırgız, Sultan, Harmankaya, Kunduru, Karma, Alpu, Sönmez,Çetinel ve Atay 85 buğday çeşitleri açısından Rus buğday afidi, Diuraphis noxia (Kurdjumov) (Hemiptera: Aphididae)'nin besin tercihi değerlendirilmiştir. Pozitif kontrol olarak ICARDA (kURAK Alanlar Uluslar arası Tarımsal araştırma Merkezi) kaynaklı Dn7 ve Dn6 genini içeren hatlar ile negatif kontrol olarakta önceki çalışmalarda hassasiyet tespit edilen Bezostoya buğday çeşidi kullanılmıştır. Ekimle 3m eninde, 3m boyunda, 3m yüksekliğinde, 2 adet tül kafeste gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bitkiler 2-3 yaprak aşamasında iken bitki başına 5 afit gelecek şekilde zararlı ile bulaştırılmıştır. Test edilen çeşitlerde besin tercihini doyasıyla da dayanıklılığı saptamak için bulaştırmayı takip eden 15., 21. ve 31. günlerde yaprak klorozu, kıvrılması ve afit yoğunluğu bakımından üç ayrı skala kullanılmıştır. Değerlendirmeler hem ortama skala değerlerinin karşılaştırılması hem de pozitif kontrole göre yüzde etkilerin hesaplanması şeklinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Değerlendirme sonucunda ön görüldüğü gibi Dn6 Ve Dn7 genlerini içern Pozitif kontrol gruplarında zararlı etkili olmamış ve bu iki grup yüksek derecede dayanıklılık sağlamıştır. Bununla birlikte test edilen çeşitler içinde Kunduru ve Karma diğer çeşitlere oranla zararlıya orta derecede dayanıklı bulunmuştur. Bu iki çeşit dışındaki tüm çeşitler zrarlıya hassas olarak değerlendirilmiştir.Bunlar içinden ''Gerek'' Çeşidi, negatif kontrol olarak kullanılan Bezostoya çeşidine göre zararlıya karşı daha hassas olarak bulunmuştur.Anahtar sözcükler: Diuraphis noxia, Buğday, Çeşit, Dayanıklılık, Hat

In this study, the food preference of the Russian wheat afid, diuraphis noxia (Kurdjumov) (Hemiptera: Aphididae) were tested with the wheat varieties namely İzgi, Altay, Müfitbey, Gerek, Yıldız, Soyer, Nacibey, Kırgız, Sultan, Kıraç, Harmankaya, Kunduru, Karma, Alpu, Sönmez, Çetinel, Atay85 widely grown in Central Anatolia Region. Two lines carrying Dn7 and Dn6 resistant genes originated from ICARDA (The International Centre for Agricultural Research in the DSy Areas)were used as positive control and Bezostoya variety which was determined susceptible in previous studies were used as negative control. Studies were carried out in semi controlled field conditions in two gauze cages 3m width, 3m length and 3m height. Plant while at 2-3 leaf stage were infested with 5 individuals of the pest per plant. To determine the resistance in terms of the varieties tested, rating were done after infestation 15th,21st and 31st days acording to three different scale for leaf chlorosis, leaf rolling and afid populations. Evaluations were done both comparison of the average scale values and also calculations of the percentage of the effects according to positive controls. In consequence the pozitive control lines groups carrying Dn6 and Dn7 genes, were not affected by the pest, and found highly resistant as expected. Beside this, Kunduru and Karma varieties were found mid resistant against to pest within the tested varieties. Except this two varieties, rest of the tested varieties were evaluated as susceptible to the pest. From those varieties, Gerek were found more susceptible to the pest than Bezostoya varieties used as negative control in the study.Key words: Diuraphis noxia, wheat, variety, resistance, line
