Abstract

SUMMARY As we have seen that İçel area is rich in respect to oral works, we've decided to study about myths of İçel Our study consists of theoretic, investigation and written works. For the theory part we've utilized from İçel Adana, Ankarajibraries. We've mentioned the legem of İçel in the access part as we've evaluated the subject as preparing general information. We've seperatedthe Iffl legends into eight groups. Mien we were evaluating them we practised the historical, geographical coparative and sociological methods.
