Abstract

Nurullah Ataç'ın yakın çevresindeki isimlerden olan Mehmet Salihoğlu hakkında yapılmış bir çalışma mevcut değildir. Bu tez, Cumhuriyet dönemi şair ve denemecilerinden olan Salihoğlu'nun hayatı, sanatı ve eserleri hakkında bilgiler içerir. Tezde, Salihoğlu hakkında sağlıklı bir edebî portre oluşturulur. Sanatçının, sanat hayatında nasıl bir yol izlediğine değinilerek eserlerini hangi konularda, nasıl bir üslupla kaleme aldığı belirlenir. Merhum sanatçının eşi Gülşen Salihoğlu ile yapılan görüşmeler sonucu elde edilen bilgiler, sanatçının eserlerinden yapılan alıntılarla desteklenerek aktarılır. Sanatçının öz Türkçe akımında nasıl bir yer edindiği dile getirilir. There is not any work related to Mehmet Salihoğlu who is one of the names around Nurullah Ataç. This thesis includes the information about life, art and works of Salihoğlu who was the poet and essayist of Republic period. In the thesis, a sound literary portrait is established for Salihoğlu. It is discussed which the artist followed the way in his art life and is described on which subjects he wrote his works and which style he used. The information that is obtained as a result of interviews with the deceased artist's wife, Gülşen Salihoğlu is given supported with the citations from his works. It is discussed which the artist took a place in the Pure Turkish movement. Nurullah Ataç and Mehmet Salihoğlu are evaluated within the Pure Turkish movement.Keywords: biography, pure Turkish movement, Nurullah Ataç
