Y Investigations were carried out on the stability of trimethobenzamide hydrochloride and metoclopramide hydro chloride in acid medium (pH 1) at 100 °C, and in artificial gastric and intestinal fluids at 37°Ce In artificial gastric and intestinal fluids,, it was observed that both of the components remain unaffected using thin layer chromatography combined with spectrophotometric methods In conclusion, it was shown that the amide groups of trimethobenşamide hydrochloride and metoclopramide hydrochlo ride were: not affected by the enzymes present in artificial gastric and/intestinal fluids.en_US
