Demodex Folliculorum`un rosacea, akne vulgaris, perioral dermatit, seboreik dermatit ve blefaritin patogenezindeki yeri ve tedavisi

Abstract

72 ÖZET Ege Üniversitesi Tıp fakültesi ve İzmir Yeşilyurt Atatürk Hastanesi Dermatoloji ve Göz Hastalıkları polikliniklerinden gelen ve 64'ü rosacea, 4'i akne vulgaris, 31 'I perioral dermatit, 25'l seboreik dematit ve 10'u kaşıntılı, eritematöz, küçük papüler dermatit tanısı almış hastalardan standart yüzeyel deri biyopsisi yöntemi ile 25 blefarit hastasından ise kirpik epilasyonu ile örnekler alınmıştır. D folliculorum yoğunluğu rosacealı hastalarda 18.61 /cm2, akne vulgarisli hastalarda 0.66/cm2, perioral dermatitli hastalarda 20.26/cm2, seboreik dermatitli hastalarda 15.91 /cm2 bulunurken kontrol grubunda 2.49/cm2 olarak bulunmuştur. 15 günlük %5 permethrin tedavisinden sonra D.folliculorum yoğunluğu rosacealı hastalarda 4.18/cm2, perioral dermatitli hastalarda 4.25/cm2, seboreik demnatitli hastalarda 5.40/cm2 olarak saptanmıştır. Blefaritli hastalarda D folliculorum yoğunluğu 13.05/5 kirpik iken, kontrol grubunda 1.19/5 kirpik olarak bulunmuş, tedaviden sonra blefaritli hastalarda akar yoğunluğu 1.50/5 kirpik olarak saptanmıştır.

73 SUMMARY Samples were taken from 64 patients with rosacea, 41 patients with acne vulgaris, 31 patients with perioral dermatitis, 25 patients with seboreik dematitis and 1 0 patients suffering from erythematos itching dermatitis charectarized by micropapulles on face by standart surface skin biopsy and from 25 patients who have blepharitis by eyelash epylation. The diagnosis of this patients were made by Dermatology and ophtalmothology clinics of Egean University Medical faculty hospital and Izmir Yeşilyurt Atatürk Hospital. D folliculorum frequencies were found, 18.61 /cm2 in rosacea, 0.66/cm2 in acne vulgaris, 20.26/cm2 in perioral dermatitis, 15.91/cm2 in seborrheic dermatitis while it was found 2.49/cm2 in control group. Following the treatment of the patients with 5% permethrin creme during 15 days, D.folliculorum frequencies were found 4.18/cm2 in the patients with rosacea, 4.25/cm2 in the patients with perioral dermatitis 5.40/cm2 in the patients with seborrheic dermatitis, while D folliculorum frequency was 13.05/5 eyelashes in the patients with blepharitis before treatment, it was found 1.19/5 eyelashes in control group. After treatment, acar frequecy in the patients with blepharitis was found 1.50/5 eyelashes.
