dc.description.abstractÖZET Alsancak Devlet Hastanesi ve Celal Bayar Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Mikrobiyoloji ve Klinik Mikrobiyoloji Anabilim Dalı' nda üriner yol infeksiyonlarından izole edilen toplam 129 üropatojen E.coli kökeninin kolisin üretme özelliği incelenmiş ve üretikleri kolisinlerin tiplendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Alsancak Devlet Hastanesi'nde izole edilen 66 üropatojen E.coli kökeninin % 21.2' si, Celal Bayar Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi' nde izole edilen 63 kökenin ise %30.1'i kolisin üretmiştir. Her iki yerden izole edilen kökenler 10 aynı ve 10 farklı olmak üzere 20 tip kolisin üretmiştir En fazla üretilen kolisin tipi E grubu kolisinleridir.
dc.description.abstractSUMMARY In this work, it was intended to investigate the colicin producing properties of 129 uropathogen E.coli strains which were isolated from the urinary tract infections in Alsancak and Medicine Faculty Hospital of Celal Bayar University.The type of colicins produced by those uropathogen bacteria were also studied.lt was found that 21.2 % of 66 E.coli strains collected from Alsancak Hospital and 30.1 % of 63 E.coli strains from Medicine Faculty Hospital were produced colicin.The result of classification revealed that ten of twenty colicins isolated from both sources had the same type while the other ten had different types.en_US
