dc.description.abstract | ÖZET Kutanöz leishmaniasis'li (KL) toplam 57 hastanın lezyonlarından alınan biyopsi materyallerinde rutin histopatolojik ve avidin-biotin-peroksidaz kompleks (ABC) yöntem ile immünohistokimyasal araştırmalar yapıldı. Olgular çalışma amaçlarına göre iki gruba ayrıldı. Birinci gruptaki 40 olgunun lezyonlarında parafin kesitlerde IgG, IgM, IgA, lizozim ve S100 primer antikorları ile, ikinci gruptaki 1 7 olguda da frozen kesitlerde CD4 ve CD8 monoklonal primer antikorlar ile immünoenzim boyama yapıldı. Lezyonlardaki immunoglobulin ve lizozim pozitifliği ile parazit indeksi arasında ters orantılı bir ilişki vardı (p<0.0001). dc.description.abstract | SUMMARY Routine histopathological examinations and imrhunohistochemical investigations the avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex (ABC) method were done on the biopsies taken from the lesions of 57 patients with cutaneous leishmaniasis (CL). The patients were divided into two groups because there were two different aims of the study. The first group included 40 patients in which IgG, IgM, IgA, lysozyme and S 1 00 primary antibodies were used for immunoenzymatic staining on the sections of paraffine embeded specimens of their lesions. Frozen sections taken from 1 7 patients in the second group were stained immunoenzymatically with CD4 and CD8 monoclonal primary antibodies. There was a reverse relationship between the index of parasites and the positivity of both immunoglobulin and lysozyme (p< 0.0001). There was a higher rate of T cells with the T4 phenotype as compared to those with the T8 phenotype (T4/T8 = 1.4±0.8). 73 | en_US |
