dc.description.abstractÖZET Anabilim Dalımız Mikoloji Birimi laboratuvarında gövde, kasık veya ayaktan hazırlanan nativ preparatında dermatofit saptanmış yaşlan 4 ile 68 arasında değişen 161(%64.40) erkek, 89(%35.60) kadın toplam 250 olguda klinik ve mikolojik çalışmalar yapıldı. Tinea pedis (%64.40) en fazla saptanan yüzeyel dermatofit enfeksiyonu oldu. Bunu sırasıyle T.inguinalis (%34.80) ve T.korporis (%1 1.60) izledi. DTM ve SDA besiyerlerine ekim yapılan 282 örnek materyalden 1 7 1 (%60.63) inde dermatofit üremesi saptandı. T.rubrum (%5 1.44) en fazla saptanan dermatofit turu oldu. Bunu sırasıyle T.mentagrophytes (%33.33), E.floccosum (%9.30), T.verrucosum (%1.75)7 T.violaceum (%/J5), M.canis (%1.16) veM.auduini (%1.16) izledi. Çalışmada saptanan dermatofitlerin türü ve sıklık sırası ülkemizin dermatofit florası ile uyumlu bulunmuştur. 44
Y 250 patients aged between 4-68 years (161 males and 89 females) with positive native preparation from body, groin or foot were mycologically and clinically studied in the mycology unit laboratory of our department. Tinea pedis was the most common clinical from of superficial dermatophytosis. It was followed by tinea inguinalis and tinea corporis respectively. The proliferation dermatophyte was determined in 271 of the 282 sample material prepared from the lesions of the cases. T.rubrum was the most common dermatophyte species in the culture. It was followed by T.mentagrophytes, E.floccosum, T.violaceum, T.verrucosum, M.canis and M.audouini respectively. The frequency and order of the dermatophyte species in the study was in correlation with the common dermatophyte flora of the country. 45en_US
