| dc.description.abstract | ÖZET Akut lenfoblastik lösemili çocuklarda ve kontrol grubunda, çeşitli lenfosit yüzey işaretleri (CD2, CD7, CD10, CD19, CD20, CD25, CD56, HLA-DR) flow-cytometri, IL-2 seviyesi de IRMA (Immunoradiometric assay) metodu ile araştınldı. Çalışmaya dahil edilen 49 hastanın 20 (%40.8)'si T hücreli ALL, 10 (%20.4)'u Calla pozitif B hücreli ALL ve 9 (%18.4)'u da B hücreli ALL hastasıydı. Hastaların ortalama yaşı 5.35 ±3. 14 (1-13 yaş), kontrol grubunun ise 7.50±4.17 (1.5-14 yaş) idi. Hasta grubunda CD2 (Tll), CD20 (Bl), CD19 (B4), CD10 (J5), CD7 (3A1), CD56 (NKH1), 12 (HLA-DR), CD25 (IL-2R) ve IL-2 değerleri sırasıyla 53.22±33.85, 16.21 ±19.36, 34.22±30.55, 19.14±33.02, 53.93±30.83, 16.93±31.75, 80.76±20.83, 0.08±0.09 ve 0.26±0.22 olarak bulunmuştur. Kontrol grubu için ise bu değerler sırasıyla 77.25±6.92, 14.77±4.09, 18.35±4.95, 10.27±2.65, 76.93±4.21, 2.00±1.02, 55.12±7.83, 0.06±0.13, 0.22 ±0.12 olarak bulundu. T hücreli ALL ve B hücreli ALL'li hastalarda bu parametreler kıyaslandığında IL-2, CD25 (IL-2R) ve CD56 (NKH1) dışındaki değerlerde istatistiki olarak anlamlı fark elde edildi (p<0.05). 36 | |
| dc.description.abstract | SUMMARY Children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and control group were investigated for various lymphocyt surface markers (CD2, CD7, CD10, CD19, CD20, CD25, CD56, HLA- DR) by flow-cytometry and IL-2 levels by IRMA (Immunoradiometric assay) method. Of the 49 patients, 20 (40.8%) were T cell ALL, 10 (20.4%) were Calla positive B cell ALL and 9 (18.4%) were B cell ALL. The median age of patients was 5.35 ±3.4 (1-13 age) and 7.50±4.17 (1.5-14 age) in control group. CD2 (Til), CD20 (Bl), CD19 (B4), CD10 (J5), CD7 (3A1), CD56 (NKH1), 12 (HLA- DR), CD25 (IL-2R) and IL-2 values were found to be 53.22±33.85, 16.21 ±19.36, 34.22±30.55, 19.14±33.02, 53.93±30.83, 16.93±31.75, 80.76±20.83, 0.08±0.09 and 0.26 ±0.22 respectively. These values for control group were 77.25 ±6.92, 14.77 ±4.09, 18.35±4.95, 10.27±2.65, 76.93±4.21, 2.00±1.02, 55.12±7.83, 0.06±0.13, 0.22±0.12 respectively. When we compared these parameters in T cell ALL patients with those of B cell ALL patients, stastically significant differences were obtained for the values except IL-2, CD25 (IL- 2R) and CD56 (NKH1) (P<0.05). 37 | en_US |
