dc.description.abstractÖZET Akut Miyokart Enfarktüsünde Biyokimyasal Parametreler ve Antioksidan Sistemle ilişkisi Miyokart enfarktüsünde meydana gelen doku hasarının fizyopatolojik mekanizmaları arasında; reaktif oksijen bileşiklerinin önemi her geçen gün artmaktadır. Reaktif oksijen bileşikleri; vücutta oksijen metabolizması esnasında normal olarak oluşan aktif bileşiklerdir. Bunların bir kısmı serbest radikal özelliğindedir. Normalde reaktif oksijen bileşiklerinin oluşumu ve eradikasyonu arasındaki denge antioksidan defans sistemi ile sürdürülür. İskemi ve reperfüzyon gibi patolojik koşullarda reaktif oksijen bileşiklerinin oluşumunun artışını, antioksidan sistem karşılayamaz ve oksidatif stresle sonuçlanır. Ç.Ü. Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi Koroner Yoğun Bakım Ünitesi'ne miyokart enfarktüsü tanısıyla yatırılan 21 hastada diyagnostik biyokimya parametreleri ve antioksidan sistem incelendi. Antioksidan sistemin kilit enzimlerinden süperoksit dismutaz (SOD), katalaz ve doku hasarının göstergesi olarak lipit peroksidasyon ürünü olan malondialdehit (MDA) düzeyleri seri olarak ölçüldü. MI tanısı kesinleştirilen hastalarda; SOD, katalaz ve MDA düzeylerinin enfarktüs sonrası yükseldiği ve daha sonra da düştüğü tespit edildi. İskemi ve reperfüzyon esnasında serbest radikallerin arttığı, serbest radikal aracılı doku hasarının meydana geldiği ve antioksidan sistemin doku hasarını engellemek üzere harekete geçtiği sonucu çıkarıldı. Meanwhile the scavenger system cannot be sufficient for the eradication of oxygen free radicals and oxidative stress occurs. Our study is consisted of 21 patients, whom diagnosed as AMI in the Coronary Intensive Care Unit of Çukurova University Medical Faculty. Diagnostic biochemical and antioxidant system parameters are studied. The antioxidant system enzymes, SOD and catalase, and lipid peroxidation product, MDA, are serially studied. We observed that these parameters are increased after AMI and then decreased. As a result we thought that during ischemia and reperfusion the free radical production is increased, and they are involved in the. tissue injury.
