Batman ilinin uygun yerleşim alanlarının belirlenmesi

Abstract

Uygun yerleşim yeri seçimi, ülkelerin bölgesel veya yerel açıdan ekonomik, sosyal refah seviyesini üst düzeye çıkarmayı, can ve mal kaybına sebep olabilecek doğal felaketleri en aza indirgemeyi sağlar. Batman ili ekonomik ve sosyal seviyesinin iyileşmesiyle, endüstrileşmenin artmasıyla hem iç hem de dış göçe maruz kalmaktadır. Bu durum düzlük alanı yüksek olan Batman'da plansız, dengesiz, tehlikeli boyuta varabilecek yerleşimlere yol açmaktadır. Batman'ın çarpık ve plansız, doğal felaket tehlikeleri düşünülmemiş bir kentleşme olgusundan kurtulması için önlemlerin alınması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada Batman'ın uygun yerleşim yeri tespiti Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemiyle yapılmıştır. Litoloji, eğim, bakı, arazi örtüsü gibi konumsal veri katmanları sayısal hale veri tabanında bir araya getirilmiştir. Bu verilerin tümü raster verilere dönüştürülerek, CBS analizlerinde kullanılmıştır. Her bir katmanın ve alt değerlerinin uygun yerleşim seçimi yönünden analizleri Analitik Hiyerarşi Yöntemiyle yapılmıştır. Bütün katmanların ayrı ayrı analizlerle ağırlıkları hesaplanmış, CBS'de analizleri yapılmıştır. Batman'ın uygun yerleşim yeri haritası üretilmiştir.

The determination of the appropriate residential areas aims for raising economical and social welfare levels of the countries in terms of regional and local context to higher levels, minimising the effects of the natural disasters that bring about the loss of lives and properties. The Batman province faces both emigration and immigration together with the improvement of the economical and social levels and with that of the increase in the industrialization. This results in unplanned, unbalanced and to an extent dangerous settlement in Batman, the level terrains of which take place in high altitudes. Pracautions are vital to take in Batman to avoid the urbanization fact that the natural disastrous could not be predetermined. In this study, the determination of the appropriate residential areas were decided utilizing the Geographic Information System.Locational data layers such as lithology, slope, aspectand land cover were converted into numeric datum and then were gathered in the database. All those datum were converted into raster data and were made usable in GIS analyse. The analyses for each layer and subvalue in terms of determining the convenient residential areas were computed through Analytic Hierarchy Method (AHM). The masses of all layers were calculated separately via analyses, and analysed in GIS. In this manner, the map for the appropriate residential areas for Batman was produced
