1991-1997 Türkiye`de Milli Görüş Hareketi

Abstract

İslam dini ibadet yönü dışında toplumsal kuralları düzenlemeyi öngören bir dindir. Bu bakımdan din, toplumsal hayat ile doğrudan bir etkileşim içine girmiş ve onu derinlemesine etkilemiştir. Siyasal İslam bu etkileşimin yüz yıllar boyu sürmesinin sonucu tarihsel bir okuma olarak 19 yy. da doğmuştur. İslamcılık, ilk önce Osmanlı İmparatorluğunda devleti çöküşten kurtarmak için düşünülen bir fikriyat şeklinde ortaya çıkmıştır. Fakat seküler düşüncelerin yaygınlaşması ile dinin toplumsal yaşamı düzenleme yetisinin giderek kaybolması Siyasal İslam'ın bu yeni anlayışa muhalif bir politik akım olmasına neden olmuştur.Siyasal İslam'ın, Türkiye'de siyasal sistem içerisindeki etkileri açısından önemli bir yeri bulunmaktadır. 1991-1997 yılları arasında Türkiye'de Siyasal İslam'ın seyrini inceleyen bu çalışmada siyasal İslam'ın tarihsel gelişimi göz önünde bulundurularak, Refah Partisinin 28 Şubat 1997 tarihli MGK kararlarıyla fiilen görevden uzaklaştırılmasından sonra yaşanan değişimleri incelemektedir.Türkiye'de Siyasal İslam'ın en büyük temsilcisi konumunda olan Milli Görüş Hareketinin, 28 Şubat sonrası yaşamış olduğu değişim Refah Partisi ve Fazilet Partisi özelinde mukayese edilmiştir. Çalışmanın temellendiği konu darbe sonrası hareketin, Devlet ve Bürokrasi, Ekonomi, Laiklik ve Dine Bakış, Dış Politika başlıkları altında yaşadığı anlayış değişikliğini belirleyebilmektir.
