Abstract

Karmaşık ve özgünçabalar olmaları , birbirini izleyen veya birlikte yürütülen ancak tekrarlanmayan faaliyetlerdenoluşmaları nedeniyle projelerin yönetimi , özel örgütleme biçimlerini ve özel olarakgeliştirilmiş planlama ve denetim tekniklerini gerektirir. Genel yönetim konusunda eğitim vedeneyim , etkin bir proje yönetimi için yeterli değildir. Proje Yönetimi günümüzde ayrı ve sonderece karmaşık bir yönetim alanı olarak gelişmektedir.Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde proje kavramı incelenmiş; proje türleri, proje ömürdöngüsü, proje aşamaları, proje seçimi konuları açıklanmıştır. kinci bölümde proje yönetimikavramı tarihsel gelişimi ile incelenerek; proje yönetimi fonksiyonları olan planlama,organizasyon, yürütme/kontrol faaliyetleri verilmeye çalışılmıştır.Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde 1 nci Hava kmal Bakım Merkezi Komutanlığı ISO14000 Çevre Yönetim Sistemine geçiş faaliyetlerinin proje yönetimi uygulaması üzerineçalışılmıştır.

ABSTRACTProject Management is widely different from the management of other usual actions.As projects are complex and original efforts which are formed by actions that follow eachother and are run together but are not repeated, they require special organization forms andspecially developed planning and auditing techniques. Education and experience obtainedfrom other general management techniques is not enough for an effective projectmanagement. In our present time, project management is developing as a distinct andextremely complex field of management.In the first part of the study project concept is examined in general; project types,project life cycle, project levels and project selection concepts are explained. In the secondpart of the study, project management concept is examined with its historical developmentand planning, organization, execution/control activities which are the functions of projectmanagement are described.In the third part the project management of ISO 14000 Environment ManagementSystem of 1.Hava kmal Bakım Merkezi Komutanlığı is examined.
