dc.description.abstractBu arastırmanın amacı ilkögretim ve ortaögretim örgütlerinde uygulanan bedenegitimi derslerinde karsılasılan istenmeyen ögrenci davranısları ve bu davranıslarlabasa çıkmada benimsenen yaklasımları beden egitimi ögretmenlerinin görüsleriaçısından belirlemek ve bu görüslerin cinsiyet, mesleki kıdem ve görev yapılanögretim basamagı degiskenleri açısından farklılıklar gösterip göstermediginisaptamaktır. Bu amaçla gelistirilen veri toplama aracı 2006 yılı mayıs ayı içerisindeAfyonkarahisar ili ve ilçelerindeki ilk ve ortaögretim örgütlerinde görev yapan 129beden egitimi ögretmenine uygulanmıstır. Nitel ve nicel arastırma yöntemiyle eldeedilen verilerin incelenmesi sonucunda, beden egitimi ögretmenlerinin sınıf yönetimisürecinde karsılastıkları istenmeyen ögrenci davranısları ile alanyazında belirtilendavranıslar benzerlik göstermektedir. Beden egitimi derslerinde alanyazından farklıolarak ?Derste cinsiyet ayrımı yapma? davranısı oldukça sık görülmektedir. Bedenegitimi ögretmenlerinin karsılastıkları sınıfiçi istenmeyen ögrenci davranıslarıögretmenlerin cinsiyetlerine göre farklılık göstermemekle birlikte, beden egitimiögretmenlerinin mesleki kıdemleri arttıkça, ögrencilerden derse hazırlıklı gelmelerineyönelik beklentileri artmakta ve ayrıca ilkögretim örgütlerinden görülen istenmeyendavranıslar ögrencilerin birbirleri ile olan iliskilerinden ortaya çıkarken, ortaögretimörgütlerindeki ögrenciler okul ve sınıf kurallarına iliskin istenmeyen davranıslarsergiledigi görülmüstür. ilk ve ortaögretim örgütlerinde görev yapan beden egitimiögretmenleri istenmeyen ögrenci davranıslarının ortaya çıkma nedenlerini geneldeaileye ve sınıfa dayandırmakla birlikte kendilerinden kaynaklanan nedenlerinolmadıgı görüsündedirler.Beden egitimi derslerinde karsılasılan istenmeyen davranıslara karsı beden egitimiögretmenlerinin her zaman benimsedikleri yaklasımların iyilestirici ve önleyiciyaklasımlar oldugu gözlenmistir. Bu yaklasımların kullanılması modern egitimanlayısı açısından olumlu bir sonuç oldugu söylenebilir.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to determine the undesirable student behaviors with whichteachers are confronted in Physical Education lessons in primary and secondary schoolsand the adopted approaches to cope with these behaviors with physical educationteachers aspects and to confirm whether these views shows dissimilarity or not ingender, professional seniority and variants of education degree aspects that is officiated.In this research various methods were used to gather data because method variationworks out. In the research Quantitative data were gathered with a view to state theteachers views by sending out a questionnaire to 129 physical education teachersofficiating in primary and secondary schools in Afyon, in May, 2006. The findingsobtained was given with percentage and frequency analysis. Qualitative data weregathered with a tape recorder by applying standardized open-ended interview methodand analyzed by using words of description analysis method. Subsequently, qualitativedata were digitized.As a result of examining the data obtained with qualitative and quantitative methods;?Complaining?, ?Clamoring?, ?Speaking without permission? were determined ascommon and general undesirable student behaviors in the classroom in both of two datagroups in primary and secondary schools.It is also stated that according to the gender variant of female and male teachers inprimary and secondary schools, ?swearing at a friend? is the undesirable behavior thatfemale teachers are ?quite often? confronted with at the highest rate; however, maleteachers are ?quite often? confronted with ?lodging a complaint against a friend? as anundesirable behavior in the classroom. According to the interview results, the mostoften undesirable behavior that female teachers are confronted with is ?clamoring in thelesson?; however, ?participating in the lesson without sweat suit? is the most oftenundesirable behavior that male teachers are confronted with.The dispersion of the undesirable behaviors in the classroom that physical educationteachers are confronted with differs according to professional seniority variant, inaddition, it is stated that ?lodging a complaint against a friend to teacher? is ?the mostoften? undesirable behavior in the classroom for the members of three groups who arein between 1-3-years, 4-7-years, and 1- and above years seniority gap.?Shouting at a friend? is the undesirable behavior that follows ?lodging a complaintagainst a friend to teacher?, that is the most often confronted in primary schools, at thehighest rate. This data is supported by the data ?lodging a complaint against a friend?obtained in the interviews. The undesirable behaviors that are the most often confrontedin secondary schools don?t overlap with the behaviors such as ?speaking withoutpermission?, ?laughing and making friends laugh during the lesson?, ?participating inthe lesson without sweat suit?; nevertheless, they are similar with ?joking with friends?.The reasons of the undesirable behaviors are stated as ?Watching T.V programscontaining violence?, ?Being divorced of parents? and ?Irreconcilable differences,discord and quarrels of the parents?. Although this data doesn?t overlap entirely with theview ?Social and economical scale of parents? obtained as qualitative data, it canoverlap because the reason is densely about parents.It is resulted that the approaches, which physical education teachers always adoptedagainst the undesirable behaviors in physical education lesson, are curative andpreventive.en_US
