Diabetik hastalarda böbrek fonksiyonlarının araştırması

Abstract

SUMMARY The purpose of this study was to investigate the disturbances of kidney functions in patients with diabetes mellitus. Therefore, we measured the urine volume, oreatinine clearance ( Cor ), reabsorption of tubular phosphorus ( THP ), blood phosphorus olearanoe ( Cp ), fasting Mood glucose level and* urea level of 22 patients» We found that the average values of urine volume, Cor, Cp, TRP, fasting blood glucose level and urea level were not signifioantly different from male to female diabetios. When compared to the healthy controls, the urine volume, fasting blood glucose level and Cor inoreased signifioantly but Cp and TRP considerably deoreased in the diabetios. In comparison with the controls, the va lue of urea did not ohange significantly in the diabetic patients. We oonoluded that the oontrol of diabetic conditions in patients may affeot the functions of kidneys.
