dc.description.abstract | 88 ÖZET 46 normal kişiden alman kan örneklerinde % 5 dekstroz ve % 5 dekstroz ile hazırlanmış pH ları 4.8, 7.4 ve 10'a ayarlanmış çeşitli NaCl, KC1, CaClp ve MgClp çözeltilerinde supernatant % hemoglobin değeri ve hemoliz olmamış hücrelere giren glikoz değerleri saptandı. pH 4.8, 7.4 ve 10 da en fazla % hemoglobin de ğeri % 0.0125 NaCl, KC1, MgClg ve CaCl2 çözeltilerin de,, hemoliz olmamış hücrelere giren en fazla glikoz değeri ise f0 Oj? NaOl, KC1, MgClp ve CaClo solüsyonla rında saptandı. Ayrıca pH 7.4- de çeşitli NaCl, KOI, MgClo ve OaClp solüsyonlarında saptanan % hemoglobin değerleri pH 4.8 ve pH 10' da saptanan % hemoglobin değerlerinden daha küçük bulundu. °/o 5 dekstrozla hazırlanmış değişik tuz çözel tilerinde küçük konsantrasyonlarda en fazla % hemog lobin değerlerinin saptanması % 5 dekstrozda az mik tarda bulunan NaCl, KOI, MgClo ve CaClp nin eritrosit lere glikoz transportunu artırdığı kanısını vermiştir. | |
dc.description.abstract | 89 SUMMARY THE EJECTS OJ? 5 % DEXTROSE AlvT) 5 # DEXTROSE COMBINED WITH VARIOUS -CONCENTRATIONS OF NaCl, KC1, MgCl2 and CaClg.AT pHs4.8, 7.4 and 10 OH GLUCOSE TRANSPORT INTO RED BLOOD CELLS OF NORMAL SUBJECTS.. Percentage of hemoglobin in the supernatant and glucose uptake by nonhemolyzed erythrocytes in blood samples from 46 normal subjects were determined in 5 % dextrose solution and 5 % dextrose combined with various concentrations of NaCl, KC1, Mg012 and CaCl2 at pH 4.8, 7.4 and 10. When minimal amounts (0.0125 #) of NaCl, KC1, MgClg and CaClo at pH*,4.8, 7.4 and 10 were added into the blood samples, maximum hemoglobin amounts were detected. The glu cose transport into nonhemolyzed red blood cells was maximum at 0.5 % NaCl, KC1, MgCl2 and CaCl2 at pH 4.8, 7.4 and 10. Ia 5 % dextrose combined with various concentrations of NaCl, KC1, MgCl2 and CaCl2 at pH 7.4, percentages of hemoglobin were less than percentages of hemoglobin measured at pH 4.8 and 10. These results, that is, maximum percentage of hemog lobin in the presence of minimal amounts of NaCl, KC1, MgClo and CaClp suggest that glucose transport across the red cell membrane is enhanced by 5 % dextrose combined with trace amounts ( 0.0125 c/o) of NaCl, KC1, MgCl2 and CaCl2# | en_US |
