| dc.description.abstract | - 80 - ÖZET Zonguldak, Karabük-Kel tepe' den toplanan Thalictmm föetidum'un toprak altı ve toprak üstü kısımları alkaloitleri bakımından incelen miştir. Toprak altı kısımlarından talidasin, talrugosaminın, taligosi- nin, berberin ve magnoflorin; toprak üstü kısımlarından talmelatin, taliktrogamin, ta 1 ipin ve argemonin elde edilmiştir. Berberin ve magnoflorin dışında elde edilen tüm alkaloitlerin T.foetidum'daki varlığı ilk kez burada rapor edilmektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | - 81 SUMMARY The above and below ground parts of Thalictrum foetidum collected from Zonguldak, Karablik-Keltepe have been investigated for alkaloids. The below ground parts yielded thalidasine, thai rugosami nine, thaligosinine, berberine and magnoflorine; and thai mel atine, thalic- trogamine, thalipine and argemonine were isolated from the above ground parts. Except for berberine and magnoflorine, all the other alkaloids were isolated for the first time from this species. | en_US |
