The mathematical analysis of circulatorysystem is studied by assuming the arterialsystem as a thin elastic tube.Classical Navier Stokes equations and thecontinuity equation are used to evaluate theanalytical solution of the pulsating flow ofblood through arteries.Using the polynomial approximations tothe modified Bessel~s functions, numericalvalues for velocity profiles, volume dischargeand stroke volume are calculated.Dynamic measurements of arterial bloodpressure or electrical conductance in aportion of human body are necessary in orderto simulate the mathematical model by means ofa microprocessor system, especially designedfor this purpose.Physiological parametersfor the system simulation are obtained fromand from a patient simulator.en_US
