dc.description.abstractABSTRACT There is no doubt that so many developments and changes is going to happen in Capital Markets of Europe over the years to 1992. My study focuses on - Identifying and analyzing the forces at work in European capital markets, including customer demand, market trends, and the industry regulatory changes. - Evaluating the impact of competition and concentration on the industry structure. - Understanding management responses - Predicting likely winner and losers. For the present situation of Europe and forecast for the next couple of years has been referred mainly to Delphi Studies (Delphi Methodology), undertaken by Arthur Andersen & Co. The Delphi Studies include 1,000 industry experts who responded to Arthur Andersen & Co questionnaires which involved national exchanges and banking organizations in many of 15 countries ofen_US
